Really happy with service from Love To Be Natural, brilliant price and next day delivery 😊

I've ordered Love & Carry baby carrier on 20th March and I was hoping to get it delivered within couple of days, as delivery states 1-2 days. Now 10 days passed and I haven't received anything yet. I've tried calling their number, writing emails with no answer, very poor customer service.
Now I need this carrier asap and I don't know should I wait or cancel the order.

Ordered a sling and a toy on 13/08 and received 02/09.
My order took two weeks to even be dispatched. I had to email for updates as LTBN was not forthcoming, ​and I had just been left to wonder what was going on.
The sling I chose was listed as 'in stock' on the website, and I wasn't told anything about a delay, or even that the sling wasn't actually 'in stock', until I contacted LTBN.
I have asked for a fitting consultation and both emails have gone unanswered.

This is poor customer service. Would not recommend at all.

Edit to clarify:
I placed my order 13/08 and received an automated email 13/08 stating my order was received.
I emailed LTBN on 19/08 as I'd heard nothing about dispatch of my order, and it was only in their reply on 19/08 that they told me about the delay and stock issue. Here is the point missed: I think better customer service would have involved LTBN emailing me about stock issues when I placed the order, rather than leave me to wonder what was going on for a week; especially as their website sets the expectation that most orders are dispatched within 24 hours.
I have checked all email folders and I have received no reply to either of the sling consultation emails I sent. That was the final straw in me bothering to leave a review.
Would not recommend.

Great website with large well priced selection. Very fast processing, communication and delivery with tracking and delivery window.

Super service! I returned a carrier that I knew I just wasn’t going to get in with. I posted it on Wednesday and then the next morning I received a confirmation email to let me know it had been received along with my refund. Amazing service!

And not only that, I received a personal email from their consultant offering to help me choose a carrier. Honestly fab service. Thankyou!

Bought a wrap for the first time and it was far too long for me to use. I emailed them to return the item as I had not used it outside or for more than two minutes before realising this and was told I would not be eligible for a refund.

I asked to have this issue escalated to a manager and didn’t hear anything back.

I then reviewed the item and company and my review was deleted and not used on website.

What bothers me more than anything is when companies use peace love and natural things to sell and don’t actually have and peace or love or morals at all in business.

I wouldn’t use them again.

This morning after this review I received this response from the company....

Hi Maria,

Apologies the delay in response, it looks like this email has been completely missed due to volume.

We are unable to accept returns of used items - this includes trying wraps on with baby, with which we have to be much more strict given the current pandemic.

We do understand how difficult things are, and we're not trying to be intentionally difficult, but we simply can’t accept return of used items; that’s not how returns work. Returned items need to be in their original, as new condition and suitable for resale; even after trying a wrap with a baby, the wrap will no longer be in the condition it needs to be; I'm speaking from 12 years worth of experience.

We simply don’t have the capacity (or indeed the ethics) to accept returns regardless and then dispose of items that can’t be put back in to stock.

I have informed Colin that if they can not provide refunds due to covid then they should not be open as a business as it is unethical and discriminatory to customers and also that a used wrap (although mine is far from used) is actually known to be a better option due to the softness after washing and stretch. He has obviously never wore a wrap!

I will update here with response however it seems an ongoing issue with this company providing refunds as I can see below.

Do not shop here!! Still waiting for my refund one month later. The company will not answer calls or respond to my emails. At first I asked for an exchange but I was informed that due to covid this wasn't possible. I then asked for my refund and I've had absolutely no response. It's disgusting as most of the people who will shop here are on mat leave and are therefore on very little income.

For a while now I’ve been thinking of taking advice on how I’m using my sling as I could never seem to get it quite right. In the end I contacted Beth at Love To and Natural and after even just a half hour zoom I couldn’t believe the change it made to my comfort level when using the sling. My advice to other beginners is purchase a good quality sling and don’t be afraid to ask for help if you need it. It will improve how you use your sling and make babywearing much more enjoyable. I highly recommend.

Horrible company. They refused to give me the refund I was entitled to. In the end I sent the item back and put in a claim with PayPal which was successful. I have in the past ordered without issue but if you have a problem they are terrible. Even after pointing out I was entitled to a refund they tried to fob me off with store credit. I have since seen lots of similar negative reviews. I can only assume the positive ones are lucky customers who had no issues or they are completely faked reviews. I don't recommend spending your money on this website. AVOID!

My wife ordered a sling for our daughter and she was charged twice for it due to a glitch with the website. Love to be natural were notified and agreed to refund the second charge, but the refund didnt happen. Over a several weeks we had multiple promises of a refund that came to nothing. Eventually we had to threaten court action to get the money back.
Very poor service.

Ordered item for Christmas. Ordering online was a breeze , item arrived in 2 days, quicker than promised. I’m sure it will be a hit!

I've ordered the wrap month ago, still didn't receive the item, no refund, they are not responding at all. Happily I've paid through paypal so I can open a case.
I don't recommend at all! Avoid!

Brilliant. Competitive price, item in stock when ordered and delivered next day even though I chose free delivery as I was in no particular rush. Impressed with everything and will recommend to my friends.

Good advice over their chat service. Excellent pricing and very fast delivery. Placed the order at 3pm and it arrived at 10:35 the next morning. Will definitely be using again.

Absolutely great . Called with Prepurchase questions and Beth was soooo helpful. She helped me choose a sling which has been fantastic and was excellent value for money. Flexible and convenient shipping and payment options. Parcel arrived the next day even though I chose free delivery. Thank you so much!!

My order arrived very quickly which I was delighted about. I loved the branded eco packaging and the hand written note, made my shopping experience feel all the more personal. Excellent service all round.

I ordered a sling from this company to use for my first baby. They sent the wrong sling (an old version which was only suitable for older babies) although I didn’t realise this until I had used it for the first time (they look similar). The company refused to exchange the sling for the one I had ordered as I had been honest and explained I had used it on one occasion.
I will never go near this company again.

The service I had last week from them was wonderful. I contacted Beth after 1 month of having my sling and I just couldn't get on with it at all. She gave me a FREE online consultation and she wasn't happy until I was happy. Which is so important when I can't get out, especially with a little baby.

I don't know what I would have done without her; she was kind and empathic, and nothing was too much trouble. She gave me little hints and tips to change how I was using it and now I'm a happy mummy!

And I absolutely loved the way the sling was sent to me too, such amazing detail and care. I've told friends about how impressed I am, much appreciated!!

Absolutely terrible company! My husband ordered me a sling from here when I was pregnant, after a month it hadn’t arrived so he asked for a refund which took 2 weeks to process. I thought just bad luck and decided to try them again to order a different sling when my baby was 2 weeks old. Got a confirmation email but sling never arrived. I contacted after a month to see where it was, they said it would be in that week, never arrived, emailed again following week, said it would be with me by end of that week, never arrived, emailed and asked for a refund and cancel order as it’s now almost 6 weeks and I’ve bought and borrowed slings from elsewhere and they said it had been sent to me so I couldn’t cancel! Waited another week for it to arrive only to see it was despatched the day after I tried to cancel. So they lied and sent it to avoid a refund.
I sent it back at my own expense as they refused to cover cost of postage despite all this. 10 days ago it was signed for at their address and still no refund!!!! When I email I just get one excuse after another and when I call no one ever answers, I’ve left 3 voice mails and never been called back!
Horrendous, stealing, liars running a company with a sweet sounding name selling products that people need when they’re most vulnerable having just had a baby! Especially during lockdown.
I’m starting to doubt I’ll ever see my £50 again!!

Exceptional service, Beth is fantastic.

I bought a sling from Love To Be Natural and after a month I was still struggling to use it correctly; I found it difficult and time consuming to put on, and so I got in touch with Beth to see if there might be another sling that I would find easier to use.

Beth was amazing - she gave me all these little hints and tips that completely transformed how I was using the sling. She was fantastic! Now I find it so comfy and it’s so much easier to use now than I imagined it to be.

And I absolutely love the way the sling was sent to me too, such amazing detail and care. I've told friends about how impressed with the service I was, much appreciated!
