There were some profiles and meeting in the beginning but after three months there are very few new profiles and almost no meeting at all. Also there was only once 1-1 speed dating activity in 10 months. Some members told me their membership is already expired and many of the profiles are expired. Its just a scam.

The initial consultation with Frances was smooth and convincing. She presented 10 profiles that seemed to match my criteria perfectly, and spoke with genuine psychological insight. She knew exactly what to say, sright up until payment was made.

That was six months ago, and I haven't been shown a single profile that comes close to the 10 she initially presented. Instead, I received only 1–2 weak matches at a time, none of which met my requirements. I was even arranged a blind date dinner. The date fulfilled absolutely none of my criteria. Frankly, the dates I find on dating apps are of much higher quality.

When I tried to escalate my concerns, I was repeatedly redirected to an unhelpful app chatbox. I tried calling the company but the staff who picked up was completely clueless about anything, including how many staff they have in the office. When I finally managed to speak with Frances again, she yelled at me over the phone. Completely unprofessional and deeply disappointing.
