Staff is friendly, response are generally quick. Meetup at locations are decently good. You have to make sure to get a personal agent, or concierge, whatever it is called. You'll pay more for the service, but you have a dedicated agent to arrange and respond to you, instead of the general random team member, who will respond to you.
Nearing to using it for half a year, seriously feel service is better with the dedicated agent.
