The whole experience was outstanding
The whole experience was outstanding. The support when choosing the sofa, then within 30 minutes of ordering the sofa, the delivery was booked in. Several welcome calls prior to delivery and arrived on time. Even giving half hours notice before they arrived. Very friendly, helpful and chatty people. The sofa is brilliant, it's well made, it's beautiful and i was given a full demonstration of how to use it. They even took the large boxes away that the sofa came in. Saved me a lot of hassle by taking them. Amit and Faizan were very professional. Well done both of you. I will definitely recommend this company and will definitely be using them again. I'm so happy 😊

Fantastic Sofa…
We were very impressed with lovemybedss we were after a specific sofa that was extremely comfortable large enough that could be used as a bed when family visit. After searching the web we came across this company I used there chat message app to ask a few questions before deciding to purchase after payment the very next day they called with a delivery slot which was 4 weeks which is very fast in comparison with a lot of other stores. The company called two days before delivery and again the day before to give a time frame and it was delivered perfectly and on time. The quality of the sofa is amazing and super comfortable we are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend.

Extremely please with the sofa
Extremely please with the sofa, I’d picked fabric that wasn’t displayed in the shop but it’s a lot nicer than I could have imagined. The sofa had to be made, this was done with around a week’s turn around from making the sofa to having the sofa in my House. I was kept up-to date with delivery with phone calls and text prior, the delivery guys amit and Faizan were great and put the sofa exactly where I wanted it very polite friendly people.

When I purchased the sofa bed I was…
When I purchased the sofa bed I was contacted to say it will arrive on a day and time and when I told them I needed it earlier they made sure that happened we paid on collection which was easier for us
The only down fall was that the delivery drivers wouldn’t carry it upstairs for us and then said they will charge £60 to bring it up for us
We put it all together and it’s very big and has lots of space for a big family
I definitely recommend to purchase this

Happy with the items
Happy with the items, alot cheaper than DFS for similar quality. Delivery was when they said it would be and communicated well.
Both amit and faizan the delivery guys were polite and helpful.
The items come boxed so are well protected in transit.
