I ordered the Molly Electric Sofa Bed…
I ordered the Molly Electric Sofa Bed in Grey, within a week it was delivered to my home and I am very pleased with it - Lovemysofa. Ordering was simple, communication from start to finish was excellent, I was kept up to date with the delivery day/time. The 2 delivery guys were also excellent, very polite and helpful. They positioned the sofa for me so I was able to put it together easily by myself. As they had to remove the packaging in order to get it through my door, they took the packaging away with them at no extra charge which I was grateful for. I would definitely recommend Lovemybedss and the Molly Sofa. Although hesitant to order from a site I found on Facebook, this company proved to be trustworthy, reliable, efficient and all round outstanding. I am one very happy customer!

I am very impressed with the whole process, very quick delivery and not to mention that the sofa is so comfortable. The delivery was excellent and they have delivered everything to my home. I also really appreciated the communication on the timings to make sure someone is home.

The customer service was brilliant
The customer service was brilliant. I messaged asking a question about a sofa before I purchased and it was answered immediately. Was given a day for delivery the day the sofa was ordered and was given a time for delivery a day before the sofa arrived.
The delivery guys were fantastic and followed instructions.
The sofa itself is exactly as described.

We spent a while looking around at…
We spent a while looking around at sofas and decided on the Moscow U shaped sofa bed. It has arrived today (31.7.2026) after only ordering on Sunday (26.7.2026). We opted out of assembly from the company and it was easy enough for 2 of us to put together, but 1 person may struggle.
Toby & Riaz called this morning and asked if they could deliver it earlier than the time, which we were really impressed with. When they arrived they were both lovely, approachable people which you don't always get.
Highly recommend this company and these delivery lads too :-) thank you again for our lovely sofa and for being professional and efficient.

Ordered a sofa which was delivered quickly. I received a call shortly after ordering to confirm a delivery date, with follow up calls to check again. On the day of delivery I was given a phone call beforehand to let me know when they would be arriving.
The sofa is lovely and I'm really happy with it so far.

Amit and Faizan delivered my sofa and transferred it into a van for me to take over to the island home.
They were kind and managed my time very well with prompt delivery windows the day before and 30min prior.
Couldn't have gone smoother.
Service has been fantastic throughout, i even managed to change the colour of my sofa last minute, as they had stock.

Very impressive company
Respect to this firm and how well it is being run. Great price great sofa great service. Placed an order online and within a minute they contact me to set up delivery. Sofa was delivered by Sami and his colleague less than a week later, two great guys and even better the boss authorised them to install it for free as well. 15-20 minutes later all set up and in position and all the rubbish taken with them.

I couldn't be happier with both the service and the quality of my new sofa. From start to finish, the delivery team were professional, friendly, and extremely careful. They brought the sofa into my home, assembled and positioned it exactly where I wanted it, and took great care not to damage any walls, doors, or my property during the installation.
The sofa itself is absolutely top-notchbeautifully made, incredibly comfortable, and even better than I expected. The quality is outstanding and it has completely transformed my living room.

From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding, with excellent communication via WhatsApp throughout the entire process.I accidentally ordered the wrong colour sofa through the website, but the team were incredibly helpful and quickly amended my order without any hassle. I also needed the sofa bed urgently due to guests staying, and they really went above and beyond to help.The sofa was delivered within 72 hours, which exceeded my expectations. The two delivery drivers were professional and courteous, carrying the sofa upstairs and assembling it for me, making the whole experience completely stress free.The sofa bed is great, the service was exceptional, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.
