Thank you for your e-mail that you sent yesterday and for this review. I am sorry that we have not responded to your email we closed for Christmas holidays as of yesterday at 1pm and I can see your e-Mail came in at 3.30pm. I have not been checking our inbox as often as usual.
I have looked into the PayPal refund and I can confirm this was cancelled by PayPal not by us, so I have raised this again for you. I do apologise for the inconvenience.
Sadly we don’t have the resource to let you know if an item is out of stock, we just refund if it’s not there upon picking.
Please allow up to 5 working days plus the bank holidays for this to show in your account.
