Order football boots in the sale for a Christmas present, order confirmation email received to confirm purchase and say order could no longer be cancelled "Your order has now been confirmed and has been passed to the warehouse for processing. We are therefore unable to cancel or amend your order at this time. If you need to return any items once received, please see the return section of our website."
To then receive the following email... how very disappointing! "Unfortunately we no longer have the item you ordered in stock and have therefore had to cancel your order. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and will get the funds from your transaction returned to your account as soon as possible. Please allow 5 working days for the funds to reflect in your account."
Extremely disappointing!!! Warning to others.
Update on the above:
Was asked to reach out to them, which I have duly done will full detail, they then replied with a one liner asking why I was reaching out. By this point I was asking myself the same question. Another email exchange later and Mike at tech support was fully equipped. Mike duly issued a 10% discount off my next purchase, thanks Mike but that doesn't ease the disappointment of my experience. Not sure I'd be in a hurry to buy again even with the golden 10% discount. 3 out of 10 for effort.

I ordered two tops from Lovell Soccer, and the delivery was delayed beyond the expected date. Despite contacting them, I didn't receive an update on my order's status. On the plus side, the site offers a great selection and competitive prices, and adding a student discount is simple. However, there seem to be occasional issues with packaging and delivery. Once, a package arrived with a missing item. While another time, although an order didn't arrive, the company was quick to issue a refund and was apologetic. Overall, a mixed experience but could be worth considering if you're confident in their service improvements.

Bought the Adidas F50 for my daughter…
Bought the Adidas F50 for my daughter as a Xmas present and took advantage of the free id personalisation with my daughter's initials received yesterday box looked like the evri delivery guy had been lying on the box took the boots out and one of the initials were already peeling off so ended up just peeling the other initial off also which wasn't hard terrible workmanship..but to save the hassle of returning I will just keep the boots as they are fine but no wonder the id is free it doesn't stick properly so be advised I'm very disappointed as my daughter would have loved her boots with her initials on them

Ordered two tops. Latest delivery 14/10/24. Today is 17/10/24, order showing as "packing." I contact Lovell via email on the 15/10/24 and I am still awaiting communication regarding where my items are.
Please read these reviews and avoid this company, I should've gone with my gut and avoided. Scam artists - as others have said.
