Be careful if ordering running trainers
Be careful if ordering running trainers.
I ordered some specialist carbon plated running trainers off this website. Wore them ONCE and was in excruciating pain. I’ve never had this with trainers before after wearing 2/3 pairs from other websites. I contacted them for a return as the trainers are not fit for purpose (one of the conditions of return on the website) and they said I couldn’t return if worn, despite having them for 1 week, them still being in good condition and only being tested once.
I’d expect this in normal circumstances for clothing, but other websites such as ASICS, sport shoes etc allow returns within 30 days despite wearing them, if the trainers aren’t right as they recognise that trainers can only be tested if worn to run due to them being a specialist shoe.
Disappointed as I have now spent £200 on trainers from this website and cannot be refunded. If I had bought them straight from the manufacturer/ a different website, I would be able to. Will not be using this website again to purchase specialist gear.

Sorry to hear you feel this way and the trainers you bought were not quite right for you.
Unfortunately, being an online retailer, rather than the brand themselves, we do not have the luxury of being able to allow customer to wear products and then return them if they decide they are not quite right. This is why we do not advertise the same '30 day - no questions asked' type returns policy that some of the brands do themselves.
If a product is not fit for purpose, ie. faulty, rather than just not fit for an individual, we will happily consider the return and deal with all cases of this nature on a case by case basis.

The only thing bringing my rating down to a 4 star currently is the use of hermes (evri) delivery service. My area is notorious for poor service or packages going missing from drivers who steal the parcels and mark them as delivered so had to pay extra for DPD. Haven't received the parcel but really excited about my order.

Counterfeit kits sold by LovellSoccer
I am utterly shocked and disappointed to discover that the kits appear to be fake. The cuts of both kits are completely different, and the product code on the tag (FZ6278) does not match the code inside the kit (FJ1198). FJ1198 is not a valid code for the Inter Milan 24/25 3rd kits, further confirming my concerns.
UPDATE : Thank you to Ross and the customer service team for their investigation. It appears that other buyers had returned genuine kits after swapping them with fake ones, and their returns department may have overlooked the details. I have received a refund from them and will continue to trust that they sell genuine items.

My boots haven't arrived
My boots haven't arrived. I have tried contacting the company and there is no contact number and they do not reply to emails. Maybe they will respond to a 1 star review... I placed an order more than 2 weeks ago... boots are still "in transit" ??
