I’ve purchased from Loreta before without a problem, but I recently brought a beautiful $200 dollar jumpsuit which I still absolutely love. I had purchased it for a special 30th gala dinner event. The first jumpsuit that arrived had some slight issues, so I sent it back in exchange for a new one no problem. Except when I received the second one, it was more damaged then the first one. I got it fixed a day or two before I left for the gala dinner. The night of the gala dinner the jumpsuit ripped in numerous places, which I was very disappointed about. I feel as though every time I wear this beautiful jumpsuit it will have to be repaired. It’s such a shame because I absolutely adore this jumpsuit. Overall though the quality of the other clothes I’ve brought have been up to standard with the prices I pay for them.

clothing is always great quality, and my orders always arrive within 1 or 2 days. Cara is a superstar who went out of her way to help me out on several occasions. I would definitely recommend loreta to my friends & family!

Long overdue review.

As a consumer, if you like stores who will give you refunds instead of store credits, then this is not the store for you.

I ordered a dress for a wedding and paid express shipping for it. It did not arrive as said it would and when it did come, it wasn’t what I expected.
I returned it and got a store credit but had to pay for shipping fee. So ended up losing money.
I then used the store credit to buy another stress which also wasn’t what I expected, so lost more money to pay for that to be returned.

Now I have store credit to use within 12 months but the variety is limited as compared to other online clothing stores (i.e. Showpo, White Fox Boutique, Gingham and Heels, Petal and Pup) so a store credit is absolutely useless at this moment. The stores listed above have a wide variety of clothing, so I can always get a decent LBD or a simple skirt if I have store credit available but Loreta is very limited in variety!

Once I use the store credit or get rid of it, I will not return.

I recently bought some dresses, which came very quickly. The fit was perfect. The quality is excellent & the shipping was fast. As per the below reviews, I was too surprised with the quality and workmanship. I'm constantly seeing these Facebook ads popping on my phone, I've been burned so many times. I was seeing loreta ads on my newsfeed for past few months. After I saw my friend wearing a loreta dress I then placed my order. I'm a curvy size 12, and loreta sizing was true to size (the Gossip dress was slightly too big) Highly recommend loreta!

I'm REALLY pleased with my purchase, it literally arrived in less than 24 hours. The quality is really amazing. These Facebook ads from other shops kept coming on my newsfeed, and sometimes it's a hit or a miss type of thing. I was really amazed with this LORETA purchase. I purchase from many high end boutiques, and their quality is no way near the LORETA. The quality, packaging & presentation is OUTSTANDING! I paid extra for mine to be gift boxes, and omg 😍. My sister has already purchased few dresses, and I'm about to purchase more. I think these guys deserve a 5 star! Thanks guys 😘 xo

My clubbing #1 stop shop. Amazing quality & long lasting. The styles are very on trend, fast shipping & the quality is 10/10. I'm amazed this place doesn't have a real physical store, but they really should! The quality is phenomenal

I always love my purchases from LORETA! The quality is always fabulous & the shipping is fast. Easy returns too, I wish they had more new arrivals, but Apart from that their quality is nice up against what they charge. Id recommend! I've purchased so far set of 3, precious, glam lace & the romance dress. I returned glam for titanic! I love this place, and the quality is beyond what you would expect from average online clothing store . Thanks!

Like many of you I do 90% of my clothing shopping online and am always searching reviews for quality, good prices and fast delivery. I rate Loreta 100% in all areas. My dress is perfect, the quality is amazing, especially for the cheap price of $120! It looks and feels more expensive. I got the product quick fast the next day (if you need the your clothes fast make sure it's available, it will say so when viewing the product)

Update: Would appreciate it if they worked on their communication. They say they would reply within 1 working day, it has been 2 days and I still have not heard from them.

After multiple emails due to slow shipping and then incorrect sizes sent to me. And me having to go out of pocket for the postage on both instances I am left still out of pocket even after a refund due to the postage costs 4 times! I am so dissatisfied and left with nothing to show for all the drama except a refund for my first item that I wanted at the beginning because of the slow postage that they wouldn't give me. Could of saved them and myself a whole lot of effort and time and money. Won't be purchasing through them again.

Very long painful process trying to get refunded for a dress I received with 'factory marks' on it (aka black marks all over a light coloured dress). Eventually refunded the item after I posted a review of my experience.

Had an issue with Delivery by fault of Australia post however Brian and Fiona were quick to sort everything out. Great customer service!

The item I ordered that was listed as "in stock" took 4 weeks to arrive, despite paying for express. The event I ordered the dress for had come and gone and I received no apology.

When the dress arrived it looked NOTHING like the photos on the website which I have now realised are taken from other legitimate websites.

In a nutshell, the item you think you're buying is incorrect. You'll receive some nasty cheap knockoff.

I've always been skeptical of online shopping, these days you cant tell quality online. I purchased the Charmer dress, and set of 3 swimsuits. I am very happy with my purchase, and the quality is impeccable. I could not find the same quality dress for only $100.
The swimwear is exceptionally made, they are super soft, and when I wear it, it feels expensive and luxury. I paid $150 for 3, that works out to be only $50 each!! I paid regular post, and I got it in 2 days.
Cara was very helpful with all my questions.
I will buy from loreta again!

I will start with a positive because I actually love their dresses, I buy one every month usually. My issue isn't the quality... and Postage was never usually an issue as I got my dress the next business day, but last order I didn't get the next day when I paid for express. They did however refund the difference but it's also the communication wan't good either, I messaged the FB and the help centre and had no answer until the day it showed up at my house. The afternoon of the event I bought the dress for.

Fix your communication guys, I will probably order from you again as I love giving everyone a good chance and your dresses are amazing but customer service is the main thing that keeps people coming back.

Loreta only issue store credits instead of refunds, wouldn't shop here again! Customer service below average.

A no refund policy for an online store! Need I say more! Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Although there was a huge delay with my order and initially I was very disappointed. I contacted customer care, and the staff member that responded to me, with was very helpful and responded immediately to solve the problem.

In terms of the swimwear, it was a beautiful fabric and fits really well, as it appeared online, so I was very happy with this.
