Used O'Oreal preference superior LB02 for years and got a lovely platinum blonde. The new formula now leaves a gold cast to my hair and the longer length look like the old formula. Was blond as a youth and hate this new color. Who cares if it supposed to last longer, nobody lets their roots go for 8-10 weeks. Give me back the old forumla or I will have to switch products.

I was given a sample of foundation which I got from a well known supermarket which was a perfect match so I decided to buy a whole bottle at a later date. The supermarket no longer stocks this shade as it is being faded out. I purchased it online from a small business and it arrived runner and filled with a LOT of golden glitter. Really disappointed.

I used their new product hair colour, Casting, and it was much darker than their Preference colour which should have been the same shade. I wrote to them as i had bought 3 packs of the new product and over a period of 3 months they asked me to send pictures of my hair and every angle of the product packaging and then more or less said tough luck. Waste of time and money and I had to suffer a bad colour for weeks. DON'T BUY LOREAL CASTING HAIR COLOUR.

Die Maske besteht aus zwei Teilen. Dies erleichtert das Auftragen.

Die Maske ist kühl, passt sich gut an und ist angenehm.

Die Einwirkezeit liegt bei 90 Minuten.

Aber abends gechillt vor dem Fernseher ist dies zeitlich gut zu Händeln.

Die Verträglichkeit war bei mir gut.

Auch das Abnehmen geht problemlos.

Eine tolle Sache, sich ein bisschen Wellness zu gönnen.

Ich habe es genossen.

I bought the L’Oréal revive colour conditioner, which I’ve used for years, and the product has changed, it’s absolutely disgusting, it smells and it leaves hair greasy and looking unwashed.
I’ve complained and have now been waiting over 6 months for a replacement product, which apparently was sent out last November but I e not seen it and no tracking number has been sent to me either, obviously my $10 loss means nothing to them!!!!

Wow, erstmal war ich sehr überrascht ausgewählt worden zu sein, freue mich natürlich riesig, und zweitens war ich überrascht wie wundervoll die Maske wirklich ist. Mit 54 Jahren bin ich nun in dem Alter wo ich mehr und mehr schaue meiner Haut gutes zu tun und da kam die Maske zur richtigen Zeit. Ich habe sie natürlich ausprobiert und meine Haut hat sie vertragen und fühlt sich wirklich super zart an. Der Geruch ist wirklich angenehm darauf muss ich immer achten da ich Gerüche nicht so vertrage. Die einzelnen Teile haben sich super toll auf meine Haut gelegt, wie festgesaugt. Meine Haut hat auch jedes bissel Feuchtigkeit aufgesogen und die Gesichtshaut war hinterher wirklich straffer und aufgepolsteter, frischer, glatter und irgendwie zarter. Fazit, sie ist teuer finde ich, allerdings alle paar Monate kann man sie sich leisten.

J ai passé une commande de 4 produits récemment.
La crème reçue n est pas celle que j avais commandé.
J ai reçu l ancienne version de la crème Revitalift filler alors que j avais commandé la nouvelle qui était en photo sur le site.
Après réclamation, il m a été demandé une liste décourageante de preuves alors que l erreur venait de chez eux.
Je pense qu'ils voulaient liquider l ancien produit ce n était pas une erreur.
C est donc la première et dernière fois que je commande sur ce site malhonnête 👎

Ik heb al jaren L’Oréal excellent vier.
Maar ik weet niet wat er gebeurd is bij L’Oréal, hij dekt niet goed altijd heb ik aan twee pakjes genoeg en helaas nu te weinig. Ik ga maar op zoek naar een andere haarverf.

ich habe die Loreal Glass Skin Maske zum testen bekommen die Maske ist gut aufzutragen da es 2 Teile im Sachet sind ich hatte direkt ein kühles Gefühl im Gesicht das blieb die ganzen 90 minuten
Die Maske wurde durchsichtig mit der Zeit
danach hatte ich eine straffe Gesichtshaut festgestellt und
einen wundervollen klaren Glanz

La nuova formula della tinta exellence creme all'acido ialuronico fa' schifo!!!!
Da decenni uso questa tinta e secondo era la migliore sul mercato prima di questo cambiamento, mi sono sempre trovata benissimo!!!
Ora oltre a mascherare a malapena i capelli, il colore biondo scuro in particolare tira al verde,e inoltre i capelli sono opachi perché scarica già dopo pochi lavaggi!!
Cambio tinta e vi saluto!😐
Sono ormai almeno due anni che ricevete recensioni negative per questo prodotto, possibile che continuate a produrlo????

I have been buying L’Oréal Elnett hairspray, normal hold, for years. I knew it was expensive compared to others but it brushed out easily from my hair. I was suspicious when I noticed that the writing on the can had changed and when, after using this, my hair had a sticky residue, I knew it had changed. This prompted me to do a Google search on the product, which revealed that indeed, the formula had been changed. They did not heed the maxim “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!” I now understand why this product is permanently being sold at a discounted price and the shelves remain full. Sadly, I will not buy it again and definitely would not recommend it.

teilnehmen und habe mich für 9.13 Beige Blond entschieden.
Ich nutze schon lange genau diese Produkte. Was mir daran auch sehr gut gefällt, dass sie sind leicht anzuwenden sind.
Die Farben sind immer glänzend, schön und natürlich. Sie haben eine perfekte Grau Abdeckung und ich empfinde auch die Haarstruktur nach dem Färben immer perfekt.
Der Geruch beim färben ist auch angenehm und nicht so scharf bei anderen Produkten.
Ich habe längeres Haar und die Farbe lässt sich auch im längeren Haar toll verteilen.
Auch im Bekanntenkreis eine klare Empfehlung. Ich wurde auch bereits mehrfach auf die tolle und natürliche Haarfarbe angesprochen.
Also von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung und weiterhin ein Grund keine Produkte anderer Firmen auszuprobieren.

Please bring back the old Preference 10.21 stockholm blonde formula! The new one bubbles up a lot, needs about an extra 30 mins development time to even get close to the original shade and then fades super quickly too.
It used to be the best dye ever, please bring it back.

Im annoyed that I have just bought two lipsticks £20;and cant get into the things ive broken a nail...the seal which also is selotaped on doesnt peel off ive had to put it under hot tap ..its ridiculous, a lovely gold case with a smear mark where the label was

I wish I could have given zero stars! As a LONG time user of L'Oreal products, the last three times I purchased L'Oreal Visible Lift Serum Absolute, I was disappointed because 1) the product was runny, 2) the product color came out in two colors -- the beige-ish tone with GRAY every time I shook it multiple times. It never melded together. I reported this before and didn't see a sticker on the bottle for Lot # and Expire date. This last time the bottle did have a sticker which read: Lot 20y806 and EXP 2026/07.
I've been a user of L'Oreal foundation products for years (at least 25!!). Never again. What happened? You all just don't give a hoot??? What a dumb question on my part...Obviously you don't!
I will NEVER purchase L'Oreal products ever again. Also when I tried to submit a review, I was asked for my email to get a code from you. I tried 3 times and you sent the same code (1775) that was NOT accepted when I entered it on your complaint form. And then you ask me for my gmail account password!!! Get real. I give up.

Il nuovo prodotto per le occhiaie è pessimo.... Crea uno strato addirittura difficile da rimuovere. Non si può usare prima di truccarsi. L' ho comprato due giorni fa e l' ho buttato via. Tanti soldi buttati. Ribadisco, pessimo prodotto 😡😡😡

Vi avevo già segnalato il problema in data 01/12/25 e 05/01/26, ma ad oggi non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta né chiarimenti. Considerato il tempo trascorso e il fatto che i prodotti non mi interessano più, richiedo il rimborso completo dell’ordine.

Vi chiedo di procedere con il rimborso entro i termini previsti e di confermarmi le tempistiche.

I purchased the L’Oréal Paradise Big Deal mascara, and when I opened it for the first time, the applicator was broken/shortened and unusable. The product was defective straight out of the package.

I am attaching photos as proof. I would like a replacement or a refund.
