The London Wine Cellar Anmeldelser

Truly excellent service. I sold 4 bottles of wine and the price offered was fair and quote arrived very quickly. Will was a delight to deal with and arranged for collection from my home. The courier arrived bang on time, was polite, and the funds were in my account later that day. I would absolutely use the London Wine Cellar again and would recommend them without hesitation.

First class service from Will when selling two bottles of vintage champagne.
Quote received Monday, packaging Tuesday, courier collected Wednesday and money in account Friday.
Whilst Will was unable to proceed with the original valuation, I fully understood and accepted the reasons why. He was able to offer an alternative solution that I was more than happy with. Thank you.

I have never dealt in wine before but was fortunate enough to have a few bottles in the cellar which I wanted to sell so I found the LWC online. Tim replied to my message within hours making it was such a swift and efficient service and a very fair price. The team were polite and knowledgeable and made it all really easy for me. I shall tell all my friends to use them.

Just completed a sale of a very good Macallan's whisky, had 3 valuations and the London Wine Cellar was significantly the best price and close to my own "Very Good" personal valuation. Accepted the offer on Monday, they arranged a courier to deliver packaging Tuesday, they organised a courier Wednesday to pick up the package and paid direct to my account on Thursday, brilliant!. Great communication, you are not left wondering if there are problems!!!. thanks Harry & Will.

When things seem too good to be true, they usually are, and selling/buying wine can be a hairy business with scammers and the like. But London Wine Cellar offered a fair price for my wine, were good with communication, and prompt with payment. Highly professional company; definitely recommended.

Fantastic company to deal with. Made selling my vintage Champagne easy and simple. Thanks to Will and the team. Will Definitely use Again.

I was very impressed. Whilst they didn't want to buy all that I had for sale they made a very fair offer for what I did sell to them. Harry, Tim and Will were all excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending them

Absolutely amazing customer service I didn’t even have to leave my house the bottle I was selling wasn’t in perfect condition but I still got payed the amount I was happy with as they were very understanding. Very very happy with everything from start to finish.

I have dealt with Timothy from LWC and it has been a pleasure to do business with this company as every stages have been plain sailing. It is rare these days to get good service but they managed to do just that. For me, highly recommended! Tks

totally delighted with the prompt and efficiant style of the London wine cellar. Can highly recommend them for their service, pricing and dealing with
fine wines.

Sold my wine collection to this company. Fantastic service. Many thanks to will for all his help and speedy work. Super fast payout and they offer a really fair price. Would deffo recommend to anyone.

I have just traded with this company and found Harry and Tim very easy to deal with.
Paid me very quickly.
It’s nice to see companies like this still exist.
Please remember they are there to make money and therefore don’t buy everything, only items they feel they can resell.

Unless you have clarets to sell or the most popular 'investment' wines these guys are not interested and don't expect a response.

Absolutely amazing, professional, helpful service, so quick and simple from start to finish. Tim looked after us throughout our whole selling experience. He gave us very good valuations for our wine. I highly recommend The London Wine Cellar!!! Thank you

I have no hesitation in recommending this company. The whole process of selling fine wines was effortless! From receiving my quotation from Tim, to arranging courier collection through Will, to funds being promptly received, it’s a five star service throughout. Thank you, Tim and Will, for a seamless transaction. For anyone who is feeling hesitant about selling wines or spirits, you can be reassured of an excellent experience with this company.

Very helpful and easy to navigate pleasure to do business with many thanks

I highly recommend The London Wine Cellar. I was offered fair prices for the items I had for sale and once collected ( for free and arranged by them ) and assessed, payment was made quickly. They have an easy to use valuation form and the professional, friendly staff made the whole experience stress free. An honest, fair company that I have no hesitation in recommending. Thank you.

Thank You to Harry and Will again for a very professional and friendly transaction, highly recommend, I will use them again

I have used The London Wine Cellar a number of times to sell surplus wine - the prices are very competitive with others which are available at the time of sale - payment of money due is prompt - they are responsive and give a no-nonsense service and stand up very well to comparison with their competitors
