Ordered with TWS for a bottle not super easy to acquire - upon finding out their courier would be delayed, TWS staff instead delivered personally to ensure their guarantees would be upheld. Excellent service

I’ve bought whiskies from many places, but I’ve never experienced such perfect service before. Everything was handled professionally and with great care. Even the prices are excellent compared to other stores.
Eric, the owner, is always kind, quick to respond, and gives me full confidence with every purchase. I will definitely continue buying from this shop in the future.
If you’re hesitating — don’t. Try this shop and you’ll see why it’s so highly recommended! 😍

One of the best experiences I've had with buying whisky from overseas. The owner Eric was extremely attentive and followed up each step of the way all the way to bottle delivery! 10/10 white glove service that is so rare to find these days, and that isn't even taking into account their amazing cask picks as an independent bottler.
