If I could rate 0 I would we placed an order on n the 2bd and like most people the last few months haven’t received our order it hasn’t been dispatched this company has gone bust do not spend your money wit them we are claiming it back via the bank. Used to be a good company now they clearly have gone bust. They shouldn’t be trading everyone that’s had the same needs to report them to trading standards to get there website and company number revoked.

Even if the company was operating some years ago it does no longer do that. Probably abandoned now. My order was placed on 1st October and half a month later there is no sign of it as well as there is zero communication. Emails and messages are ignored and the phone called are not answered. Had to contact my bank and hope to receive a refund. Avoid them as they are obviously no longer in business

Placed an order (LGH125860) at the end of September and they took my money straightaway with an email telling me my order was being prepared for dispatch.

Customer services are shocking. Over 3 weeks later, nothing arrived. I have tried calling them repeatedly on the phone—no answer. Both the online order option and the Enfield store option.

I have sent multiple emails chasing the tracking details - heard nothing back from them.

I will be seeking a refund via my bank as Shop will not do anything until it reaches the 30 day breach.

Real shame I have to write this after placing an order last year and it arriving in double quick time!

Shocking customer service. Emailed them, WhatsApp them. No answer. Quick to take your money, not so quick to hand it back. Stay well away

​Taking people's money and completely ignoring calls and customer service emails is unacceptable. I’ve had to go straight to my bank to file a chargeback to get my money back.
​Save yourself the hassle and order your grow gear from a proper, reliable shop instead.

This company has died.( i left a positive review february 2024) I do not know what happened or if they have changed ownership or management but this company is no longer worth any gardeners time and effort they have become sloppy and untrustworthy, such a shame. Constant errors in orders and no replies to missing orders. On a previous order, when they made an error they tried to blame me for the missing item. Save yourself a headache and choose another company. The one i have now ordered from dispatched within 24hrs. Maybe they are in financial difficulties and thats why they are doing this to their customers or maybe they just do not care anymore. i have 19 orders from this company now i find this last order has been ignored even though they happily took my money. My email and direct message were both ignored. i will be starting a small claims court proceeding next week to recover the stolen money. I would suggest everyone that visits this review does the same. My advice to London Grow would be to shut down your website you are unable to fill orders within your own claimed timeframes and customer service is non-existent. Why are you stealing customers payments?

Made an order on 28 sept 2026, and paid for it money taken , chased on 30 sep promised the order would be dispatched on the 2 oct with an email telling me this ,absolutely nothing !! On the 2 .When chased again was fobbed of by saying I would be rung on the 5 oct to explain ! Won’t hold my breath , How is this company still trading !! Awful customer service just sums this company up also took the money quickly enough !! Robbery

Do not buy from this company I ordered a item they never had it in stock I’ve called numerous times to chase my order only to be hung up on I’ve emailed asking for a refund to no reply now waiting for my bank to get involved seems like they no what they are doing 100% scam do not trust these people

Put an order in,no dispatch, phoned the shop spoke to some guy,who didn't have a clue what he was doing, cancelled order ,account now showing refund, repeatedly asking for information, no reply, is this shop going out of business or just doesn't want business?

Be careful any potential buyers,!!!

Absolute embarrassment of a company. Took my money, never delivered my item. Waited for multiple weeks. Email after email after email was ignored.

Eventually, weeks after the last of my 5 or 6 emails asking what was happening, I received an automatic email which said I would be refunded, no explanations, no apologies for their complete disregard of common courtesy not even an acknowledgement of their utter incompetence.

Waited for several days with no sign of a refund. Contacted them again and guess what, still not bothering to offer any kind of help or support. Eventually the money came through.

So to recap...
. Sold an item that they actually didn't have available
. Ignored multiple emails (4 or 5) sent over a two week period.
. Eventually an automatic message was sent. Absolutely no useful information, no apology or acknowledgement of their lack of courtesy.
. Contacted them again to ask when I could expect my refund. Was completely ignored...again.

From initially handing over my money to them to receiving my refund was around 6 weeks. Not once, in that time, did london grow enter into ANY kind of correspondence with me. Despite holding on to my money.

I ignored the bad reviews before I ordered because they were the only place that had the item. I would really encourage you to give them a read before making the same mistake I did, as this was one of the worst retail experiences I've had. Not a serious company.

Buck your ideas up London Grow, not good enough.

no replies .really long delivery

I have bought from London Grow a couple.of tome and always had good service from them. My last order i had selected the wrong size for the item I wanted and only.realised after I had placed the order. The company changed my order and even thoguh the size I wanted had sold out. They amended the order amd sent the item as soon as it came in stock. Would buy from London Grow again.

Not happy tried emailing twice got no response no phone numbwr to call. I never actually recieved soil because it was left on doorstep and was stolen!! So not happy.

Made an order totalling over £75 for free delivery.
5 working days later, nothing had been dispatched, no communications received. I emailed asking why and got no response after 2 more working days.

I emailed again to cancel my order and received a full refund within an hour. They stated that they're "having trouble with the delivery company and certain suppliers".

This is a 1* review because I wasted time chasing them and lost almost 2 weeks of valuable growing time due to their poor processes and lack of communication. And I am now back where I started!

If items are out of stock or an order cannot be processed within 5 days, this should be communicated to customers either at the time of ordering or shortly afterwards.

Their reviews seemed good on here, which is why I ordered, but I have since read their Google reviews which are a lot more realistic based on my experience.

UPDATE 4th June: received a message from PayPal that "The refund for your transaction failed" so now I have to chase it up with them again. 2+ weeks, no goods, no refund.

UPDATE 6th June: London Grow did not respond to my email, had to get my money back via a PayPal dispute. Not recommended!
