Great Experience So Far.

Great Experience So Far.

My only issue is the weird drop of the PowerPoint presentation while in the middle of a presentation in GoToWebinar. It's been a few months, so that bug might have been fixed. Otherwise, since the pandemic started, LogMeIn has really streamlined and simplified the process that you barely have to think about it. That I really appreciate.

The Best We Have EVER Used!

LogMeIn GoToConnect has been one of the best things we have done for the operations of our company! The quality of the service has never failed us and we get a high volume of calls per day. The ability to add new features as our needs change was a huge reason for going with LogMeIn. Many other solutions we demoed did not come close to the ease of use and ability to integrate with our systems currently and in our future plans. The support has been fast, clear, and dedicated to our company. We had issues at times, and was amazed at how fast they were resolved, even when it was our mistake! Support is the best in the industry....period. We plan to role out the Support Center to our Customer Service team in the very near future, and know it will increase our productivity and result in an increase in revenue. Could not run our company as effective without LogMeIn.

My new job set me up with a GoTo office…

My new job set me up with a GoTo office phone. I have since downloaded it to my computer and my cell phone. I work from home, so with wifi connection, the GoTo phone works better than making or receiving calls on my cell phone!
The only downside that I have experienced is there are several people from my office with their own line. For some reason text messages sent using the system look to each user as if they were sent from their unique line. It has caused some confusion and funny conversations.

Would not recommend :-(

I was tasked to create a simple integration with LogMeIn's GoToAssist product, and it turned into a nightmare. The helpdesk folks are nice, but have a very limited understanding on their products from a technical perspective. There is a so called developer support, but it takes them 2-3 weeks just to read your email, just to answer the simplest question possible. Conclusion: Only buy this product, if you accept the lack of support, if this is a very low-priority system for your organization since you will not get any support, when in need.

We have used LogMeIn for a long time-…

We have used LogMeIn for a long time- our small company spans half the state but we need to get problems resolved quickly. Rescue allows us 24/7 access to all of our resources in a quick and secure manner. We can transfer files, see what is happening and make adjustments to equipment that is otherwise inaccessible. We have been able to use this as a collaboration tool on some projects. The company behind the product has been great to deal with and is always there for us if we have a problem.

They suck

They suck. No one to talk to. Very elusive. Here's the best (sarcasm), I bought the phones yet when I changed providers I found out there is a passcode and they didn't tell me about it or forwarded it to me, rendering them useless.

LogMeln is unethical, (addition to my 1st review.)
My "confirm" emails from the bank transaction, with LogMeln (which should of been Microsoft) seem to have disappeared from my email account. !! Totally gone- *poof* -not in spam or any place.
Too funny, LogMeln because I took pictures of those confirm emails, prior to LogMeln deleting them.
LogMeln is an unethical, scamming company.

u made very big big problem for not…

u made very big big problem for not sending 6 codes to our email for new device and my boss are very very angry can not remote a desktop so I drive 20 km + traffic lots cars on the ways to go my office to install teamveawer and u made me totaal for nothing 100km all office to install teamveawer :(

Got disappointed & became regretful

The other customers reviews have summed it up well. We upped our services with LogMeIn/GoToWebinar given the nature of the pandemic and because our organization was hosting more online events. Despite being listed as a corporate account and being assigned an account manager, there was just way too much lack of communication about their internal changes. Changes to our account happened without notification to us.

LogMeIn's structure is primarily sales driven with a majority of their customer service agents outsourced and without real knowledge of the services and products; the call center agents essentially work as messengers that direct you to other departments. It was a never ending loop. If I needed a deeper or clearer answer for something, I got referred to another department because no one wanted to spend time and resolve the issue. Finally got some mercy for them to cancel our account. For the monthly price we paid, I can guarantee that price of the headache was higher.

Don't Buy Any Product From This Company

I bought Hamachi Standart Licence in 2020 from this poor company. My licence expired in 2021 , but there isnt a cancel section about auto renewal, so I couldn't stop renewing Hamachi Standard subscription. Then they renewed my subscription without my confirmation. Before renewing subscription , I closed my credit card's all shopping permissions, but I saw they received 56 euros from my credit card due to this. I offer you , don't buy any product from this company, because this company only thinks about your money, they are scammer and thief.

Dirty biz practices

Dirty biz practices. Company auto-renewed me and wouldn't provide a refund. Not even a partial refund. I'm stuck with an account until Jan 2022 that I'm not using. Super horrible customer service.

how to talk to a person for help

****never call/ email customer service - call in to purchase new - someone will answer for that ***

even after calling in and spending a half hour in 2020 to REMOVE me from the automatic billing I got auto billed in 2021 ( um hello pandemic going on you criminals)

do not even have the computer that they sold me the service on. So just spent 35 minutes on phone to get the auto renewal that I called in for last year removed. I will be calling visa today to let them in on it too.

***for service - call in to purchase a new product and you get real person every time ***

2x betalen, pay twice, no help from support

Eerlijk gezegd vond ik de prijs nog steeds redelijk. Ik vind het een goed programma. Echter zonder reden is mijn premium account ingetrokken. Support reageerde op geen van mijn mails. Reageerden ze wel, dan losten ze het probleem niet op. Nu heb ik twee keer moeten betalen voor mijn premium account. Nu werkt het weer. Vervolgens krijg ik een mail van support dat ze het opgelost hebben.. Ja.. neee... zeker niet... Ik heb het oplost! En ik heb nu twee keer moeten betalen!

To be honest, I still thought the price was reasonable. I think it's a good program. However, my premium account has been revoked for no reason. Support did not respond to any of my emails. If they did respond, they did not solve the problem. Now I have had to pay twice for my premium account. Now it works again. Then I get an email from support that they have solved it .. Yes .. no ... certainly not ... I have solved it! And I have now had to pay twice!

This company is like VD. You can cancel and yet they'll still charge you until you threaten them with a chargeback. Terribly overpriced with bad customer service. Better free products are available.

A Good Way to Ruin Your Business

Used to use Hamachi often a long time ago. It was one of the best virtual network applications around and allowed peer-to-peer connections easy with old games that no longer supported online services. Now, the company has chosen greed with probably the worst subscription model I've ever seen. 2-year annual subscriptions cost a ridiculous $279.99, going all the way up to around $1,500. I've heard from other customers that customer support is pretty much radio silent and it's impossible to get a refund for anything. I would advise staying away from companies like this and looking for a better, fremium alternative.
