Paid for the product and then waited over 1 week to get my installation date. Received the product with only half the coffee I was spose to get and half the cups and saucers. Spoke to them 1 week ago regarding this and still waiting to receive then rest of the items I paid for.

Really like the fact that you gave us the opportunity to try the coffee and use the machine in advance of deciding if we should go ahead of purchasing one. We ended up leasing 2 machines and it was a really easy transaction and both Richard and Mitchell were very helpful. I also really like the fact that they give you everything you need to start you off such as coffee and cups etc.

Had some issues with an old lease agreement. Today have had a meeting with Stuart and he has resolved the issue. Brilliant service. Thank you.

In December me and my partner started our dream of opening a coffee shop. I contacted Logic Vending as they were recommended to me by my hair dresser who has used them for many years. I made it clear that I needed the machine before the Christmas period as we were due to open on the 2nd of January and we wanted to test out everything before opening the doors to the public.

We contacted Logic Vending online on Monday morning and were contacted by Mitchell after 20 minutes of leaving our details and to me a quick response is always a good sign.

myself & my partner visited there Hertfordshire showroom which also gave me a clear indication of the size of the company we were dealing with as they had what appeared to be 6 units on the business park that they are situated. The showroom was basic but had everything we needed and got to see one of there Espresso machines which lead us to make up our mind with proceeding with the Ascaso Barista 2 Group we were sold on the white finish with wooden handles.

Mitchell was fantastic with us from start to finish and even allowed us to edit the starter package as we already had our own branded cups, we changed this for more of there wonderful coffee which we are now ordering 12kg a week of there Kokebi Super Crema which after sampling a lot of different coffee from various suppliers this was the best of them all.

On the day of Installation Mark a very enthusiastic engineer attended our site at 8:00am as we wanted this installed as early as possible, he took around 90 minutes to set up the coffee machine before spending two hours with us going through the machine in full detail even showing us how to do Latte art which we was very impressed with.

From start to finish the whole process was very smooth, we hope to open another site in the next six months and will definitely be coming back for another machine!

The Scottish Arts Club was very impressed wth the service provided by Logic Vending and by MItchell in particular. He took us through the decision making process so that our choices were made clear. The delivery of the machine was prompt, the installation efficient and the machine works well. The coffee beans supplied are excellent, and are almost half the price of our former supplier.
