Been dealing with Mitchell who has been fantastic and always upfront with recommended products... prompt with emails and even calls to follow up on the progress of our install... would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for new product..

Logic Vending has been absolutely fabulous for all my coffee needs. I dealt with Mitchel and he was so helpful and so patient with me when I kept changing dates on them 🙈 The communication throughout the process was faultless. Nick who installed the machine was fantastic as well. Everything has gone very smoothly on their part. The machine I went for is the Ruby Gaggia. So far so good. Easy to use, and I have no doubt it will be perfect for my mobile coffee bar. All in all, fabulous company, great machines, amazing customer service. I can’t fault them and would recommend them in a heart beat!

Needed a coffee machine fast to replace our irreparable unit. Logic Vending made the whole process very easy, and organised a speedy replacement, installation and training. Definitely recommend.

I can't recommend these guys enough!
After being messed around for 2 months by any company I discovered Logic Vending where Steve helped me out and sorted me out very quickly. The customer service was 10/10 and Joe who installed the machine was excellent also couldn't recommend Steve and Joe enough. Thanks guys.

I have given 5 stars as so far we are extremely happy. Unfortunately had a little hiccup re payment and a little hiccup re delivery (couriers fault) but overall Steve was very good in responding to my questions and offered advice and dealt with the purchase very quickly and efficiently. Hiccups well and truly over.
We had Gilbert do our install and he arrived promptly and trained us to use the coffee machine and he was an absolute delight. He covered everything and we felt confident and happy that we had made the right choice in our Jura machine. The coffee is delicious and we feel that we will get great support from Logic Vending.

Mitchell and the team at Logic Vending have been super helpful through the whole process of buying a coffee machine. They helped us find the right one to meet our needs, as we were on a budget they offered an ex-demonstrator model at a competitive price so we could get the best model on our budget. As we run a community cafe for Adults with a Learning Disability to train and gain work experience they even sent some extra cups and saucers!
The technician who installed the machine arrived on time, fitted it with no hassle or issue, gave us clear instructions and demonstration on how to use and clean the machine and got us off to a flying start!
Between agreeing to purchase the machine and having it installed the COVID lock-down occurred, Mitchell arranged for the coffee machine to be kept at the warehouse until we were ready which was a delay of about 4 months, but when we could open the cafe again and were ready for the install everything was organised really quickly and it was like there wasn't a lock down delay at all!

Mitchell was great from start to end, very helpful and informative. We are al very happy with our new coffee machine! Also a very simple and easy process, will be recommending to others for sure!

Made a purchase on 24th of June , Taken 2 Phone calls one yesterday , at which point was told someone would call us back NO return call ! Today i phoned only to find out product not in stock at all nor will i be getting my order! Thankful very nice lady called Julie has organised a refund today Julie you are a shining light.The rest hang your heads in shame and upgrade your it system .
