London & Kent Surveyors Anmeldelser

Myself and my partner used London & Kent Surveyors for a level 2 survey of the house we are hoping to purchase. The process was simple and quick, they arranged everything and we were kept updated throughout. The report following the survey was provided quickly and was excellent.

I recently used London & Kent Surveyors for my home purchase and was extremely impressed with their service from start to finish.

Their communication and efficiency were top notch they made the entire process feel seamless and stress free. In addition to being so responsive, I found their pricing to be highly competitive compared to other quotes I received, offering genuine value for money.

The actual survey and report were delivered very quickly, which was a huge help in keeping the purchase moving. The report itself was incredibly thorough and professional, providing clear, detailed commentary on all the key aspects of the house. The clarity of the findings honestly made the most complicated part of the home buying experience feel easy.

I would highly recommend London & Kent Surveyors for their professionalism, speed, and great value.

Me and my partner can not praise London and Kent surveyors enough. They are professional and thorough and take one of the most important decisions in your life and provide you with full clarity on the situation. They offer a range of services and we will be using them again most definitely!

Easy survey and well priced - Liked that I got drone view of the roof

The process from start to finish was simple and stress free. They took care of arranging a date with the estate agents so we didn't have to. The survey was done within weeks of booking it and the report was sent to us on the date they specified. The survey itself was extremely thorough and easy to understand. Would 100% recommend to anyone needed a surveyors report.

Great comprehensive report for a very good price. Detailed analysis of the property and speedy action taken to get the survey done. Responsive and friendly!

I recently used London & Kent Surveyors for my property purchase. I was very impressed by their professional communication when providing their initial quote. I was unsure whether to get a Level 2 or Level 3 survey for my property, but Alex talked me through the key differences and made a recommendation based on the information I had given. The survey report was very thorough and was shared promptly so as to not cause any delays to my purchase. The recommendations were balanced, fair and insightful. This encouraged me to investigate repair costs for some of the areas requiring attention. I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of using London & Kent Surveyors.

Had a level 2 survey done for a house we intended to buy. The lady on the phone was very helpful when it came to booking a survey. The guy who came out gave a very comprehensive report that put our minds at ease when purchasing the house.

The drone footage of the roof was especially helpful and not all companies do this. Would highly recommend.

We were recommended London & Kent Surveyors by our estate agent, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results.

Even before the survey took place, we received a Desktop Research Report which included useful information such as estimated broadband speeds, EPC certificate details, and a summary of local property sales — a great value-add we didn’t expect.

After reaching out, we were given a detailed quote the same day, outlining prices for different survey levels and any optional extras. A member of the team then called to confirm the property details and ask if there were any specific areas we wanted them to focus on.

The survey was promptly scheduled, and we were kept informed throughout. Ours took place on a Tuesday, and we had the full report by Friday lunchtime — much faster than expected! They also offer an express 24-hour turnaround option, which we didn’t need, but it’s good to know it’s available.

One standout feature was their use of drone technology, which allowed them to inspect and capture detailed images of hard-to-reach areas. These high-quality visuals were included in the report and added a level of detail we haven’t seen with other surveyors.

After receiving the report, we were invited to book a follow-up call with the surveyor. Kieran was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through the findings, highlighting any key issues clearly and thoroughly.

Overall, we are incredibly impressed with the quality of service, speed, and value for money. We’ve already recommended London & Kent Surveyors to friends and family and will continue to do so.

Thank you to the whole team for the excellent service and support!

Very good service.responded and Answered any questions and queries I had quickly and I was very happy with the surveyor and his findings. The drone to look at the roof was an excellent addition to see any problems with the roof, gutters ect.
I would highly recommend London and kent surveyors and I will definitely use them again in the future

Everything from the first point of contact to the follow up phone call at the end was so easy to arrange. The report was very concise and the follow up phone call provided the opportunity to ask anything that I was unsure of. Nothing was too much bother and I didn’t feel silly asking questions

I was very impressed by how thorough the report was and the free call with the surveyor afterwards was extremely helpful to zero in on particular areas of importance. It gave me the confidence to proceed with the purchase and renegotiate with the vendor.

The report I received was detailed and incredibly clear, making a potentially dry document simple to read and fully understand. The use of photos so @i could actually see hat was happening especially on the roof and chimney was fantastic. The ability to book a follow-up call for free is a standout feature of their service. While I haven't scheduled mine yet, it’s a brilliant safety net to have for any final follow-up questions I have.

Great survey, helped us to figure out what needed to be done by the sellers of the property before we finalized everything and essentially took on a few preventable problems

London and Kent Surveyors provided exceptional value with their Level 2 Building Survey. The surveyor was professional, answering all our post-survey questions clearly. A truly fantastic and comprehensive service that we would certainly use again

We were provided with a very thorough survey of the property and a very detailed report which we were very happy with.

The process from start to finish was incredibly simple. They took care of arranging a date with the estate agents so we didn't have to. The survey was done within 3 weeks of booking it and the report was sent to us on the date they specified it would be. The survey itself was extremely thorough and easy to understand. Would 100% recommend to anyone requiring a surveyors report.

We had a RICS level 2 survey done. Really easy to book and liaise with, the report was really detailed, with lots of photos and very clear and easy to understand. Useful information for the future and what we would need to do to maintain the property as well. Seemed very professional. We were offered a meeting to go through the report, but we didn't feel it was necessary as the quality of the report was excellent. I would highly recommend.

We approached London & Kent Surveyors for a Level 3 RICS Survey. As first time buyers we were new to the amount of information presented to us, but L&K delivered the survey to us in a way that was clear and concise, as well as organising a follow-up call to talk through next steps.

My partner and I would thoroughly recommend L&K for their courteous and efficient service, as well as their regular communication and updates and clear guidance based on their findings.

Really thorough review and great getting the drones to take pics of the roof. Quick, efficient and really knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process.
