Attended St Pancras morning of 11/7/24 to purchase the ‘scarf ring’, ordered online and delivered to the store. The female assistant (regrettably I forget her name), helped remove the packaging, provided dust bag and Brand packaging aware it was to be a gift. She went above and beyond, was extremely professional and clearly prioritises customer care. So rare to experience that. The birthday girl adored the gift, and all who saw it agreed it was unique and very clever…if they sold it in silver coloured metal I’d have bought one. Great experience at the store. If you can identify the staff member, she deserves a bonus of some kind!! Thank you.

I bought a pair of trousers at the shop in Kings Cross. I wasn't sure about the size but the shop assistant insisted they did not have a smaller size online (although it came up as available on the website...) and that I would have to pay postage fee. She ended up convincing me to spend £114 on trousers saying I could always return them. I also checked the website and they were 20% cheaper on the website (sale offer) which she neglected to tell me.
After trying on them on again, I decide I wanted to return them but realised I could not get a refund. Not only I realised the pair was cheaper online but also that the postage fees were free.
When I called the shop assitant told me she did not know if the gift voucher could be used online, said she would call me back. She never did. I ended up having to lose 2 hours of my evening going to a different store and getting a gift card.

Your shop assitants are either dishonnest or totally untrained to customer service. The clothes are overpriced and definitely not worth the trouble. I will never buy again at LKB.

The staff in the shops and the online experience was great. Quick delivery and good products.

I found a beautiful outfit but not in my size anywhere. The staff at St Pancras and online customer service did everything to source the right size and make sure it arrived quickly and in time for the wedding. When customer service is being outsourced to robots everywhere else, it still has a beating heart at LK Bennett.

Ordered a dress for a special occasion and for in store collection. Received email saying it had been delivered. Went to store to collect - it hadn’t been delivered. After investigating further it was still at delivery company depot and gas since gone missing. Still waiting for LK Bennett to investigate

I came in to shop with my colleague last minute before an event. I urgently needed something to wear and was tight on time. At first, the sales assistants were helpful but after a few moments of us whizzing around trying to find something, clearly thought we were stealing. They were watching us so intensely it made us extremely uncomfortable. They were very rude to my colleague when she asked for a size, saying we were already trying on too much too quickly. It felt unjustified as we didn’t give them any signs of wanting to steal. I was really reluctant to give them money since in such a tiny shop, it would have been very easy to see if we were thieves so it felt unnecessary, but it was an emergency.

It was a terrible experience. I ordered two items and still haven’t received one of them. I requested delivery to one of the stores and the store wasn’t very unhelpful when I was notified that the item has arrived (which it hadn’t). Terrible customer service. Altogether a very disappointing experience from a company I once trusted 😥.
