I tried to book Chris Brown and The Weekend tickets but was met with this:

“VIP and Platinum tickets”? Misrepresentation. Have you sat in those bleachers during a concert where fans stand up and obstruct the views of those still sitting?

Manchester Arena venue has already been marred with safety issues (the bomb, narrow cramped restricted view(s) seating, lidless drinks, poor stage monitor placements, steep steps without railings and poor ticket insurance). How could you have your authorised resellers broker bots buy out tickets (sell out the venue) to resell them at extortionate prices?

I’ve been to this arena multiple times and so £85 seats (high enough) now being sold at £250+ (prices keep fluctuating) due to “demand” — is questionable, unacceptable, unjustified and unethical.

The snack, food, beverage and merch is already additional extortion! You have so many American artists visiting the UK — where are the authentic American snack, food and beverage options? I would like to support my favourite artists (including Beyoncé and Usher’s UK return) without feeling disrespectfully ripped off!

Bought 2 tickets for Ricky Gervais Armageddon and paid £266 for the pair.. wouldn’t of minded this if he actually did 70 minutes of stand up as advertised instead of 45! And to make matters worse the tickets were being sold for £27 each from the venue however they increased the price to over £100 each! Absolutely shocking!

Manipulują cenami - w każdym normalnym miejscu bilety w przedsprzedaży są TAŃSZE - a przez LIVENATION są DROŻSZE!! Kilka dni po starcie koncertu (zapewne sprzedaż nie szła jak chcieli) obniżyli ceny biletów o kilka set złotych. Oczywiście zero rekompensaty dla tych, którzy kupili bilety w pierwszej puli przedsprzedażowej - KPINA. Sprawa zostanie zgłoszona do odpowiednich organów

Ordered Coldplay merch on the 17th August. Items still not yet dispatched. All you get is excuse after excuse as to why it hasn’t been sent. Customer services are totally useless. DO NOT BUY MERCH ONLINE FROM THEM. They are totally appalling.

Just tried to purchase Harry Styles pre-sale tickets through Live Nation. Ticketmaster decided to triple the price of tickets part way through the sale without mentioning it, just insinuating it was still face value. Live Nation should not tolerate this,..what has happened to their ethics?

Attended Bilbao Bizkaia Rock Day, 2 bands dropped out last minute. Livenation are ignoring all forms of communication, they clearly have no interest in their customers. Will be avoiding them from now on if I fail to receive a response from them.

Was incorrectly charged 40£ for chicken and chips that were priced at 12.50£ at a festival.

The person at the till at first tried to charge me 15£ but said the transaction didn’t go through. Then charged me again and said it didn’t go through despite the machine saying Approved.

She made me pay again. Low and behold all the payments had gone through and I have essentially been robbed 40£ for one portion of chicken and chips.

Disgraceful

Had a ticket to tonight’s Twenty One Pilots show at the Camden Assembly and not being let in because Livenation UK thinks it’s OK to oversell a venue of 200 capacity!!

L’organizzazione di live Nation a Roma,al Circo Massimo,per il concerto di Vasco Rossi ha fatto a dir poco pena,sono stato lì dal giorno prima del concerto e ho potuto vedere quanto siano incapaci gli “operatori” di LIVE NATION,organizzazione per fare la fila all’entrata dei vari settori lasciata in mano a gente che secondo me dovrebbe cambiare mestiere,eravamo tutti in fila chi da 2 giorni prima chi da 3 giorni e alla fine tutti noi che siamo arrivati giorni prima del concerto ci siamo ritrovati centinaia di persone davanti nel momento dell’entrata al nostro settore,gente che era arrivata la mattina del concerto ed è stata messa in coda davanti l’entrata dove la sera prima gli operatori di LIVE NATION ci hanno fatto spostare dicendoci che non era lì l’entrata per il nostro settore.
Nei gazebi dove si vendeva da bere lavorava gente che palesemente non aveva mai servito una folla di persone,
lenti male organizzati e inoltre c’è da dire che non gli erano stati forniti neanche i mezzi necessari per soddisfare il fabbisogno di tutte quelle persone, mezz’ora dopo essere entrati alle 3:30 di metà giugno con 35 gradi avevano finito l’acqua fresca,non avevano frigoriferi ma solo DUE bidoni con ghiaccio e dentro le bevande .
Sono stato ad altri concerti di Vasco e queste cose non si sono mai viste,la gente che arriva la mattina non può entrare prima di chi è lì da 3 giorni,non è vero che “non cambia nulla tanto avete il pit gold” perché se la gente viene lì così tanto tempo prima un motivo cè,una ragione che ci spinge a farlo ce l’abbiamo,e questi errori non dovrebbero succedere ad un concerto del livello di Vasco.

Solita storia i biglietti dei Backstreet boys finiti in 10 minuti. Parliamo di 10000 biglietti con prezzi anche alti. Io li segnalo alla codacons. Improvvisamente i biglietti compaiono su viagogo ecc con prezzi triplicati. Sono quelli di live Nation che glieli vendono. Era già uscita un'inchiesta anni fa con le Iene. Sono da denunciare per truffa

No tickets! No Itinerary for the event either even though the VIP experience includes sound check, back stage, meet the band - so you'd expect you'd need to arrive earlier for the sound check at least.
If you check their terms and conditions, there are two 0207 prefix tel numbers you can call... Both numbers don't exist!

Reading 2022 'first 30' is awful. Same old same old from 90s, noughties and 2010's Download and Reading line ups. Festival Republic & Live Nation are bottom of the barrel in 2022. Fake remorse shown for Astroworld deaths AFTER it was publicized their share price dropped, awful.

If anyone is thinking of ordering anything from Live Nation UK , don't bother!

In August I pre-ordered and paid for the Bruce Springsteen No Nukes CD/DVD set. Release day was last week and I received nothing. Two emails to them over the course of a week went unanswered. Yesterday, I got a reply to my third email saying that the requested item was out of stock, and did I wish to order something else instead? And apparently, my refund could take up to ten days.

Complete rip off and nothing short of theft in my opinion.

Needless to say I won't be using them again. Ever.

Pre-ordered two cd’s, only received one. Emailing weekly to find out when the other one will be sent only to get a different excuse every time as to why I’ve never received it. My last email requesting a refund has been ignored. I shall pursue this refund and never buy anything from Live Nation again

Vuestro juego de contactar a LiveNation que nos pide contactar con Festicket que el mismo nos dice de volver a contactar con LiveNation ya no funciona.

Queda bastante claro que vuestro objetivo es robar a la gente que no tendra la fuerza ni los recursos necesarios para luchar contra vuestro intento de estafa.

Ya que somos unos de los miles de clientes en la misma situacion, os aconsejo que procedeis de inmediato al reembolso del importe de la reserva numero 1718657. De lo contrario, iniciare una procedura junto con un abogado (cueste lo que cueste).

Tengan a bien encontrar adjuntados (en el ultimo correo mandado) las capturas de pantalla de los miles de correos intercambiados entre nosotros y vosotros socios oscuros. Siendo :
- Confirmacion de reserva ;
- 2 aplazamientos de la fecha del BBF
- 4 solicitudes de reembolso en fecha : 16/06/2020, 30/04/2021, 06/05/2021 y 25/10/2021 ;
- 1 confirmacion de deseo de reembolso tras no poder (ni siquiera querer) asistir a la edicion BBF del verano 2022 ;

Exigo una respuesta YA y una devolucion inmediata (por si no os habia quedado claro todavia).
