Absolute rubbish! I must have tried 15 times to buy presale tickets but I kept getting a message stating either the 3D payment confirmation wasn't working or something was wrong with my payment card. There was nothing wrong with the card whatsoever, even my bank confirmed that. I k
ept trying until eventually I was told there was no more tickets. I won't bother with Live nation again that's for sure.

Tried to buy pre sale Cliff Richard tickets today. Supposed to be on sale 9.00, didn’t open till 9.02. Every time I selected the tickets on offer it came back saying none available. What a sham, Ticketmaster will get themselves a bad name being associated with this lot.

We arrived at the gig (my friend and 8 year old daughter) to hear that there was nothing - no vip package as promised None of the promised extras that were part of the ticket.  VIP nation said simply - sorry it never arrived.  I went to the ticketmaster desk and he said I should report this to ticketmaster but there was nothing he could do.  
The VIP nation manager "Freya Harris" then gave me an incorrect email address and told me to write to her there in a few days Basically ripped us off.  Can you please make your management aware of the situation? Blatant barefaced scammers.They refused all refunds to everyone there.

While attempting to buy tickets, I saw that four tickets were available. However, when I proceeded to checkout, I received a message stating that the number of tickets I selected was being purchased by other people. It happened number of times.

This situation is incredibly frustrating. The transaction process seems anything but smooth, and it feels like I'm wasting hours trying to secure tickets, only to encounter issues despite the availability shown.

Our experience with VIP Nation for the Lauren Hill & The Fugees concert at 3Arena, Dublin, was profoundly disappointing. We purchased the VIP Silver package, believing it would offer the exclusive experience that was advertised. However, upon arrival, we, along with several other guests, were directed to pick up our “VIP package” via a QR code with merchandise to be delivered at a later date. This is not what was promised or expected from a VIP offering.

We witnessed numerous guests left bewildered and frustrated, including a young child whose mother had purchased the Gold VIP package, with the heartbreaking expectation that they would meet Lauryn Hill. This, too, did not happen, leaving the child visibly upset.

The merchandise — which was meant to include a poster, lanyard, and laminated ticket for memorabilia — never materialized for anyone on the day, further compounding the dissatisfaction. What was marketed as a premium, memorable event ended up being a hollow and misleading experience.

The price we paid far exceeded the value delivered, and the lack of transparency throughout was alarming. VIP Nation's practices are questionable at best, and this collaboration with Ticketmaster leaves a lot to be desired.

I urge others to exercise caution when purchasing these so-called VIP packages — the reality is far from what is promised. Ticketmaster should seriously reconsider its association with VIP Nation to prevent further disillusionment of loyal customers.

I would give negative stars but it doesn't allow it.
This isn't the first issue we have had.
But this time ACCC and consumer affairs are involved.
I got sold collector tickets through Ticketek. Livenation are suppose to supply them. Concert date 7th September. We still don't have collector portion of tickets. I have countless back and forth emails about issues with supply. More than a month later still mo collector tickets. They cannot tell/ will not tell me if they have sent the tickets to me to see if it has been lost in the mail or they have just failed to supply them. Also note, my sister got her collector tickets about 6-8 weeks ago.
Livenations website states something like we will respond to you with 2 business days. Total lies. It took 4 emails and 3 weeks before I got a response and only after speaking the consumer affairs to help me curate an email about violating section 36 of my rights. They make it impossible to contact them via anything other than email.
Please people keep all receipts and correspondence, ACCC want to know these stuff ups as they are putting a dossier together.

Ich warte seit August auf mein Geld dass ich beim Restle angeboten habe. Mir wurde eine Mail geschickt dass ich das Geld innerhalb 3-4 Tagen erhalte - - 5. Oktober - nichts! Das armselige ist dass immer auf Ticketmaster verwiesen wird - der macht das wiederum und verweist auf Livenation - unsäglich und betrügerisch! Ein Fall für die Verbraucherzentrale!

Organizzazione imbarazzante per il concerto di Paul Kalkbrenner, per fortuna lui e un grande artista l'unica nota positiva dell'evento. Come al solito token, così ci rubano un po' di soldi, code interminabili per ogni cosa, un must degli eventi di vivo concerti, che ti impedisce di goderti l'evento, personale scortese è impreparato agli imprevisti. Evento da dimenticare, il punto è che non si degnano nemmeno di rispondere, di scusarsi con chi gli dà da vivere. Complimenti a Clemente Zard continua così.....! Chiaramente il complimento è ironico. Ladri.

They raised the price of tickets to see Oasis 25 tour, Ticketmaster are part of them. £148.50 tickets increased to £355. They will lose customers due to doing this. Many of us wish it returned to buying tickets from a record shop.

Live Nation seem to fly under the radar. Incorporating the Shepherds Bush Empire and Ticketmaster I had one of the most awful experiences with regard to disability. Ticketmaster is a joke, CS rubbish unable tos olve issues Host of emails to back this up. The Shepherds Bush Empire subjected not just me but others to the most painful experience ever due to Security who were confrontational, uncaring and seemingly could not read plans that were supposed to be in place. Forced to stand in a queue despite being told if the wait was longer than 15 minutes I would be allowed into the 'medic room.'My Carer was treated disgustingly, I was in so much pain,after an hour of standing. Jaw clenching in agony causes TMJ ended up seeking medical help afterwards. No VIP information was issued until the 11th hour Ticketmaster blamed the venue, the venue blamed Ticketmaster. Then we were informed about Live Nation. All blaming each other. VIP prices they wanted us to have poor seats because I could not stand in the stalls. It was like a free for all, pushing, crushing, very unsafe. It is discriminatory to the disabled to be treated like this, almost as if I shouldn't be there if I couldn't stand. I wasn't alone. So many complaining, the Security was the worst plain argumentative. Did not listen, did not care.
I made a complaint about how I was treated apparently it seems Disabled people should not book VIP...............this is the response to my complaint

The tickets that were purchased have been checked and we have been informed that standard general admission tickets were purchased and not accessible tickets, and all VIP information is emailed to customers prior to the event.

We can only advise for you to speak with the venue regarding any prior requests made before arriving at the event.

Any customers with accessible requirements are to purchase accessible tickets and to reach out to the access team before purchasing tickets and they would have ensured that suitable tickets were provided before attending the event.

As a promotor we can only assist with event issues but we can see that you have a dispute regarding the venue and therefore you will be required to speak with

We are sorry that you did not enjoy the show as intended but we are unable to take this matter further. We hope it does not detract you from attending future Live Nation events in the future.

Not clear about bags allowed, is it clear a certain size

I have received an email from LiveNation letting me know that they have allowed my data to be compromised. When I noticed this I went to close my account. It has taken three days and about 20 emails and it is still not closed and they have not deleted my information. This company is completely incompetent. They have a monopoly over most concerts and shows which is really sad because they only care about the money and do not give a monkeys about their customers. I don’t care how much I want to see an artist or group, I will never give this shower of an incompetent company any money again.

They were providers of a credit system for buying things in Rock Werchter. Although advertising that any credit could be refunded, only when you do it you'd realize that they charge you 3,5 euros for refunding any amount.

Bought tickets that said nothing about a no backpacks. I later checked the t and c, nothing there either. My backpack was almost empty at that.

Arrived to be met with the rudest security guy who told me to bin my bag or go home or travel 4 hours to come back with another bag.
I asked if there's a locker. Locker only at vip lounge which was a few chairs and 5 pounds for charging your phone . Nothing vip about it. Ended up being in tears and paying an extra 38 pounds otherwise I would not be let in.

Worse still I then saw lots of people with backpack and no vip wristbands. I guess they realised it was not written anywhere.

Absolutely ruined my experience and hit my pocket. Bullying blackmailing behaviour.

Absolute con/scam! Paid €100 each for 2 Coldplay tickets and thought I was paying another €165 for 2 more tickets but with a couple of extra ‘vip’ benefits. Really unclear on Ticketmaster website and even looking at my account afterwards what I had brought. After months thinking I had 4 tickets I finally managed to confirm with Ticketmaster that the €165 each was just to upgrade our existing standing tickets to the Floris early entrance experience. Coldplay were due to start at 9pm and VIP Nation told us to come to the stadium at 3pm. We queued for 45 minutes and got in at 4pm. There was no welcome, the gift (a cheap water bottle) had to be collected after the show and the only ‘advantage’ was that we were allowed to join the main queue to get into the floor area just before the main gates open. After the second nearly 1 hour queue we got into the show but given that it was still 4 hours before Coldplay came on and there was no way to save your space that was a complete waste of time/money. Once in we weren’t even allowed back to the concourse to get food/drinks. No idea how they can get away with charging €165 for a water bottle and cheap festival bracelet and getting in to an open standing area 30 minutes before the main crowd.

El pasado 18 de junio estuve en el Palau Sant Jordi en el concierto de Olivia Rodrigo con mi hija. Para empezar solo pusieron 3 baños móviles para las 17900 que entran en el Palau, imaginad después de 10 horas cómo estaban, a parte de la hora y media de cola que había que esperar para hacer un pis.

Pero la verdadera queja fueron los tratos vejatorios de los que estaban a cargo de la seguridad del evento. Pasaron a grupos que habían llegado más tarde que a nuestro grupo (qué habían asignado ellos por el terreno). Cuando nos quejamos a parte de las caras con risitas burlescas que tenían hacia los adolescentes, les trataban como a tontos. Cuando me quejé yo como madre del trato y el abuso de autoridad recibí más de lo mismo. Más tarde, antes de entrar al concierto a mi hija le tiraron de dos pintalabios de plástico acusándole de que como objeto duro lo podría tirar contra alguien, DOS PINTALABIOS, a una adolescente que lo único que quería ir acorde al concierto que iba a ver, y a pesar de los ruegos, y las explicaciones, los tiró sin más miramiento.

Personas que deberían velar por la seguridad consiguen que una experiencia positiva y a la que acuden tantas personas llenas de ilusión, consiguen que sea una experiencia con mal sabor de boca y por supuesto y lo más intolerable, el trato de superioridad por su parte hacia los adolescentes y mujeres, porque esa soberbia aseguro que no la utilizarían con ningún hombre.

No podemos acceder a las entradas especificas para personas con movilidad reducida al concierto de Paul Mc Cartney en Madrid falta empatia con los discapacitados . ME PARECE MUY MAL QUE NOS DISCRIMINEN

Una auténtica vergüenza, no hay forma de conseguir entradas para Paul Mc Cartney. Entras y no puedes acceder aunque estén libres los asientos más que a las caras. Ojalá se quede medio pabellón vacío. Es lo que deberíamos hacer.

Przed koncertem bagaże do formatu A4 w dniu koncertu przed wejściem sprawdzanie ze złożoną kartka papieru - odsyłanie do depozytu - gdzie czekają panie z gotowymi workami, terminalami i opaskami .... zaplanowana akcja mająca na celu naciąganie.....50 zł nie majątek ale nieprzyjemności ze strony obsługi i sam fakt "naciagania" ...nieprzyjemne ...
