Little Brown Goose is an Australian family-owned business based in Geelong, Victoria, creating handmade laundry, home fragrance, bath and body products for everyday homes. What started as a small family business has grown into a much-loved Australian brand, with our products now handmade and manufactured locally in Geelong. We’re proud to keep production close to home and to create products in small batches with care, rather than simply sourcing finished products from overseas. Our range includes our popular Laundry Crystals, Shake n Vac carpet deodoriser, washing products, room sprays, reed diffusers, candles, fragrance oils, bath products, artisan soaps, body care and more. We believe everyday products can be practical, beautifully fragranced and enjoyable to use. Our focus is on creating high-quality products with thoughtfully selected ingredients, offering customers more considered, low-tox choices for their laundry, home and personal care routines. Fragrance is a big part of what we do. From fresh, clean scents through to fruity, sweet and deeper fragrance profiles, we create products designed to make everyday routines feel a little more special. Little Brown Goose is proudly family owned and operated, and customer service remains a very personal part of our business. Whether you’re discovering us for the first time or have been shopping with us for years, we genuinely appreciate every order and every piece of feedback. Customers can shop the full Little Brown Goose range online with delivery across Australia, or visit our shopfront at 22A Tarkin Court, Bell Park, Geelong VIC 3215. We’re proud to manufacture in Geelong, support Australian-made production and continue growing Little Brown Goose as an independent Australian brand.

lovely sweet linen love it.
fist of the company is doing excellent because for once you have a perfume for my electric diffuser that I love..
The couple of bottles I ordered arrived safely and rather quickly however as there was no little sealer on the bottle and hence it leaked out a bit. You credited me with that money and I say thank you. will buy again.

Smells Great
At this point in time, I have yet to use my products except for the sample of carpet powder. I have just sprinkled that in my bedroom, & it smells really good.
Quick & easy delivery.

I brought this as a gift
I brought this as a gift. There were doubles in the mystery box and would have been better if it came in a small gift box, not just thrown into a large box with heaps of paper. Now I need to find a box to put items in to be gifted

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry the box wasn’t quite what you expected, especially as you had purchased it as a gift.
We completely understand your disappointment with receiving some duplicate items and with the products arriving in our shipping box with protective packing rather than in a smaller presentation box.
As our Last Chance Mystery Boxes are made up from the remaining stock of our discontinued bath ranges and are heavily discounted, the mix of products and scents can vary from box to box. That said, your feedback has highlighted that we could make it much clearer that these boxes are packed for shipping rather than presented as a ready-to-gift hamper.
We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’ll take this feedback on board for any future mystery boxes or similar offers.
Thank you for supporting our small family business.

Service was excellent
Service was excellent. The product appears to be working for me. The perfume is lovely, my top loader machine smells lovely. I do have to dissolve the crystals in. Little hot water and then pour the solution into the fabric softener section of the machine. I found that the crystals did not dissolve otherwise. But other than that I am very pleased. Angela
