Flowers delivered 2 days late! Disgusting customer service as there isn’t one

We ordered these flowers and although lovely
They were not value for money and there was a name missing off the card to go with them that was somewhat embarrassing due to them been funeral flowers

Excellent service, stunning flowers. I googled to find this florist to deliver flowers to Alder Hey Hospital and the service was fan. So impressed. Won't use anyone else in future.

Awful customer service, flowers were never delivered. Customer service number didn’t work. Finally got refunded but birthday gift was ruined.

Flowers were not delivered, i wasnt told they werent delivered until i asked my friend if she had recieved them.
Refunded me only for delivery. Still waiting on a response from my last email asking for the rest of the money.

Paid for valentines delivery, didn’t arrive till the day after. Customer care email bounces back, customer services number not answered. After 2 days the roses were wilting, now completely dead

Dreadful service, dreadful customer service. I just wish I had read a few reviews beforehand because they all say the same.

Don't buy from these people. They don't care, deliver late and are unapologet8c about it.

Ordered 1pm on day of delivery Thursday, paid £7 extra for privilege. £57 in total. Not arrived as promised, then tried contacting but at 3pm stated we are now closed saying opening hours when I was calling. Got random texts apologising I then asked for following day Friday, at home stating before 4pm, not delivered. It was my wife's 40th and we were going away for whole weekend, they sent them on Saturday morning after insisting they had been delivered on the Friday, after I had cancelled as was no longer their. Utter car crash of company, cant talk to anyone other than a email or text service. Still not had refund it's been a week. Terrible service shocking business DO NOT USE.

Ordered the flowers with the hope that it was same day delivery since I had ordered in morning. The delivery was the following day, MY wife I had bought the flowers was at.
I called the telephone number on your internet, it says you close at 5pm but couldn't answer because you were closed.
I was really frustrated. The following morning called there wasn't anyone with answer. I thought you are a fake company.
I was suprised when flowers were the delivered the following day.

Flowers ordered from internet were delivered with some fine tuning through use of order number. Very good. Thank you.

This company is absolutely disgraceful in every way. Everywhere you look whether it be google, Facebook or trustpilot they are literally being torn apart for their crap service, rubbish flowers and lack of integrity. I ordered some sameday flowers costing over £50 with a sameday charge of £7.99 only to receive a message to say they were having issues with getting those flowers I wanted with their suppliers, I was promised an upgrade I NEVER received which added insult to injury, they then had no grasps on delivery times or even the postcode it was supposed to be delivered too. They were delivered the next day half dead, nothing like the photograph like a 3 year old had put them together and to top it off no upgrade. When I then complained I had a whole host off rubbish excuses thrown at me, they even suggested they collect the dead flowers before sending my refund. I was horrified. I got back after two weeks and various arguments with the owner a poxy £23 of my £52 order. Literally avoid these at all costs they over promise and deliver rubbish a supermarket could put to shame. You may as well burn your hard earned money as you are literally wasting using these people for flowers! And just a note, (the company owner) can’t issue refunds without the permission of others. So you’ll be arguing for at least a fortnight. If you want a laugh read all their reviews.

Flowers were lovely however i paid for same day delivery and the flowers did not arrive until the next day....if not for that it would have been 5 stars.

I paid for same day delivery and they did not arrive I had to emails several times chasing the flowers finally arrives the following day and they were not what i ordered
i did receive a £10 refund but sadly this was the first order I have placed with this company and I will not be using them again

Several flower displays were amazing, great care in detail. Couldn't fault them in any way will definitely recommend the company

My experience is not unique with this company.
I believed the company was local to the recipient. It wasn't.
The flowers were not delivered the same day as I ordered them as indicated on the website.
The flowers were not delivered the day after so I cancelled the order and asked for a refund, which was promised within a week. It did not appear as promised.
My refund was finally made about 3 weeks after the order was placed.
Email communication was reasonable, hence my 2 star review.

This company needs to its processes. I posted a bad review subsequent to ate delivery of two orders. One was two days late. The other four days late. No apology was forthcoming from this company - yet they ask me to review them.????
Obviously very out of touch with their customers.
