My experience was.... that the test kit didn't been dispatched stright away after my payment so I called few days later to check what is happening and they said it will be send the next day stright away in the morning. What didn't happened again... I contacted next time by email and the service from Kensi was fast and excellent so I would give him 5 stars! The test kit was send immediately. Altogether they needed one week to despatch my testing kit, which for I payed £118 (I had some discount which is great!). So let me continue...I send the sample on Tuesday morning and today is Saturday... still waiting for their notification about that they received my sample and that is ready for testing...so at the end I am a bit disappointed...and hope all will go right... I can give only 3 stars unfortunately..
Very very disappointed that this came back with a low intolerance for peanuts and almonds whereas I’m anaphylactic-deadly allergic (as proven by a recent hospital blue light experience). The response “this does not mean you don’t have a nut allergy, our testing has simply just shown this to be a non – IgE meditated allergy.” HUH? What’s the point then??!

Absolutely brilliant process! It was super quick & easy to produce my blood sample and send it off, all of the instructions were so fantastic and made it feel so easy for me to do alone. I’m just awaiting my results but I am so happy with Life Labs Testing kits and can’t recommend enough!
I didn't have a good experience with the customer service. I was expecting to received my test results within 5 days and posted the kit on Monday as suggested. On Friday I contacted the customer service and they told me that the kit takes between 5-21 days to be received by the lab and another 5-10 days to get results once the sample is received. That was not advertised on the website!! The representative stated that if the lab receives the sample within working 7 days "that is fine" and told me not to worry.. Didn't say anything about if the lab receives the sample after 2 or 3 weeks though. I doubt it would be fine. Anyway, I got the results back sooner than I expected. I'm not sure what the accuracy is but I have always known to be intolerant to gluten and didnt appear on the results. I did try to eat some pasta then and nearly ended up to hospital to gastrointestinal problems for 3 days. I was expecting to have been booked for a session with a nutritionist which was included in price. I had to contact the customer service again and they promised me to be contacted within 24 hours from a senior member of the team. Currently waiting for it.
Overall: - not a great experience with customer service. Not rude, but honrstly I felt like I was victim of a fraud

The woman at the counter berated me extremely loud for not making an appointment, a really nasty, B. I was so embarrassed that I sat in the hall waiting. They put me with someone whom is new to Gold stream clinic & she took 2 draws out of my right, then apparently my vein "shut down" then she went to my right arm for the rest I am completely bused across both arms

This company is nothing but a scam! I had previous tests by the NHS and thought I would give these a go it came back that I was not intolerant to anything after it taking over a week to receive my bloods! I have constantly asked for my money back and have been refused and called a liar! Please please do not use this company I have reported to trading standards and informed Martin Lewis who was very interested in carrying out an inspection on them

I wish my partner had read the multiple negative reviews on here before paying over £150 for someone to fleece her time. What makes it specifically bad is people, many with dietary issues or skin allergies obviously get hooked in on an over promised service, only to first receive bizzare results often contradictory to NHS provided results. But then to get the follow on service ( which seems to be silence or being ignored - especially if you want anything close to a refund).
Q the generic copy and paste response they provide on here.
I even contacted the managing director, they are yet to reply. . . .
My warning to anyone either themselves or that knows a family/friend who is about to use Lifelab testing, don't. Just don't waste your time, and don't let them get your hopes up. Take notice of the volume of negative reviews and importantly the consistency of what they say. It isn't a coincidence...

Almost a month later and still no notification test has arrived back at the lab. Blood samples would be useless by now anyway. Keep asking customer service same answer of will check with lab and get back to you … still waiting. Have passed on to Amex due to deal with as the company have not fulfilled there obligations. Waste of money.

As some other say, I believe this is a scam.
Four weeks passed without any email confirmation that my sample arrived and by the chat function, I was convinced I will receive a confirmation. I go on the website and surprise, there is a result from 3 days after I activated the test. Literally everything on their list I'm allergic to hahahha
The employee from the chat function convinced me again this is not correct and they said they haven't received the said sample, so I shouldn't look at the result.
They sent me another test, the sample to which again hasn't been delivered in 3 weeks. No email confirmation of received or tested sample, but a result appears exactly 3 days after I registered it. Result is almost the same as the last one with very small differences, to which the support employee says "they are happy with the results". Yeah, probably just copied the previous one and tweaked it. How am I supposed to trust a result that I was told not to trust by their very employees? And when no confirmation was sent to me...
No refund is possible they say after 2 months of delays and errors...
And I know you are going to reply with "book a session with our staff to discuss your result", so no need to reply to my review at all!

After having questions about the results I booked the consultation and spoke with Lorraine, who was so knowledgeable and helped me decide on a plan moving forward. I was even sent a nutrition guide and tips and information. Perfect service would definitely recommend :)

THIS IS A SCAM! Please don't waste your money. These tests are bogus & results are complete nonsense. Please read all the reviews - the positive reviews are all paid reviews in my opinion - the negative reviews are all honest from real people. I paid £139 for the full intolerance test and similar to many reviews my results made no sense at all. My results said i was highly - dangerously intolerant to certain foods i consume on a daily basis with no issues - i am left completely baffled by the outcome of this test. I contacted the company to complain the results were completely inaccurate and below is what one of their lab technicians wrote back to me:
"I would like to highlight the fact that our tests are semiquantitative tests and can’t be use to diagnose allergy or intolerances. We are really clear about the fact that our test results are the starting of your journey to find a better version of yourself! Keeping this in mind we can’t offer any quick solution and our tests can’t be used as a diagnostic tool, without a further investigation from your GP or Allergist."
If the above is the case then why waste our money?
Their online marketing is very good, they claim the above but they also claim to test for intolerance & identify allergies to help people - if you can't even carry out basic tests correctly then how will you help people? This is FALSE ADVERTISING. I will report them to advertising standards and to the Office of Fair Trading.
They were also very difficult to deal with as my results were never made available to me - the online day by day update tool is a lie - they never update their systems they said it was a glitch in their systems something about their computers not being able to send results automatically to the customers account. So after chasing 3 times by phone and 2 by emails i finalle got my report only tk find it was an incomplete report. I had to contact them again amd again to get the full report which was utter rubbish and a
complete waste of my time. I wish i had gone to a proper clinic. I fully regret using this Mickey mouse company. They ripped me off. Please don't fall into the same trap.
