Where do you get your sizes from ? Sleeping beauty and the 7 dwarfs. No way these tops are 3XL so need return the ones that have arrived. A single order has been split into 3 different deliveries so got wait for the others to be dropped off which is 3 days away for the other set then 10 days for the final tshirt like what the f ? Then to send them back it's £7.10 so if I wanted to get the ball rolling in getting bigger sizes or refund I've got either pay £7.10 / 3 times or just wait for another 10 days to send it all together after already waiting a week for just 2 tshirts - I should have read the reviews before hand and I definitely wouldn't have shopped here. Can't seen your company lasting to long

Total Scam - I ordered and paid with Paypal and they sent to wrong address and I emailed them and NOTHING. Paypal won't even back the claim. Im out 400 plus dollars for some hats that they sent to wrong address. STOP SUPPORTING THESE FRAUDS!

If I could there will not be ONE star! The site needs to specify very boldly that you’re not directly ordering from LIDS and that you’re ordering from a company that’s partnered with LIDS!!! Very inconvenient to return and customers aren’t able to return to store! Will never ever and I mean ever order again!

Wish I’d read the reviews first. Ordered 3 football shirts a month ago for a game next week. Promised dispatch in 3 business days. Still not sent a month later. No response to my emails to customer service. If you’re thinking about it, don’t buy from them.

BUYERS BEWARE! I purchased a gift card from the locker room by lids in fashion show mall on Las Vegas Blvd store after asking Chandler and Jessica several times if it could be used at fanatics.com. come to find out the card couldn't be used on the website "until after the holiday season". When I called the store to inquire if I could get a refund, I was greeted by an unprofessional man named Felipe that yelled "F*&K", before putting me on hold because he was "too busy" in the store. I was then given a general email address to a retail group to handle my issue.
I suggest purchasing your gear elsewhere....

This site is a scam. Took my money, said the products out for delivery, then apparently give a refund but have seen no money and now they're saying they've delivered what they apparently refunded.

I went in for embroidery and was told that the only person who could do what I asked, which was Greek Letters for my fraternity on a hat that I brought in, wouldn’t be in until later that day. I was told that if I paid for it I could come back and pick it up. Also, that I would be called if there was any issue. Since I live an hour away,! Called before coming back today. I was told that it wasn’t done but would be in 30-40 minutes. I arrived and was told they don’t have one of the Greek Letters I needed. Others in my fraternity have used your business to have hate embroidered with no problem with the same thing I asked for. The store was extremely busy and there was only one person working. Coming from a background in retail management, this was unacceptable by itself. The sales person wasn’t very helpful and didn’t seem concerned about my 2 trips, almost an hour there and a the same going back. He walked away when I was trying to ask for a receipt for a refund and then again as he handing me back my hat. This was very unprofessional. I will be letting other members of my fraternity know what a negative experience I’ve had. I the time before this one I drove here and the machine was broken.

I ordered a Mitchell And Ness cap and the hat was out of shape and looks like a kids hat.When I measured it and compared it to 3 of my caps made by the same brand,it was much smaller.They charge you $9.99 to get a refund sent back to your debit card or you can get an electronic gift card for no fee plus you lose the shipping cost.I buy all of my caps from lids and I have about 15.I will never purchase anything from them again after I redeem the gift card.What a ripoff!

Bought a jumper for $80, it didn’t fit the intended person so started the return for a refund process and it cost $36 to return!!! $36!! To go from South Australia to New South Wales. An absolute joke. Tried talking to their customer service online chat, the person was so slow at responding, then stopped altogether and didn’t answer nor help me fix my issue.
DO NOT BUY from them unless you ABSOLUTELY know your size and won’t be returning.

Pour une marque qui se veut être internationnale, c'est une déception complète du travail effectué et du service après vente.
Didn't like the hat I ordered
Didn't like the hat I ordered. Trying to return it is a pain in the you know what as they don't have easy access to a return form. They also subtract half your credit off for returning the item. Also, why don't they offer in store returns like every other modern store? Such a silly business way that I won't ever deal with them again.
