Liberty customer service is first rate. Spoke with Olwethu and all my queries were answered and I was provided the clarification needed to understand the points system. As a result, I can’t wait to make my next purchase at Liberty.

I absolutely loved the half-hour makeup class at liberty! It was so informative and easy to follow.
The girl who conducted the class was brilliant as she covered everything from product awareness and what each product is used for, to application, mixing, and getting the right finish.

So much learned in just 30 minutes!

I'll definitely recommend it to others as I loved the vegan brand violette and it's brand ethos.

Charlotte in customer service is a gem, she looked into my query and informed me on what was happening and then followed up to make sure everything was sorted. Liberty you should be proud of the customers service that Charlotte is providing your customers.

I had an issue with my order arriving damaged. I contacted Lewis at the contact centre and he was great resolving my issue immediately. It helps to know any follow up service is so good for online orders

AVOID: One of the worst websites you could possibly purchase from.

If you’re thinking of orderering from here because it’s “cheaper” or may be running a promotional discount just go somewhere more trustworthy or order direct from retail.

They failed to deliver my parcel and marked it as “delivered”. They then said they were going to provide me with a refund or replacement. After 24 hours they recanted their statement and said after their “courier’s investigation” they “will not provide a refund of replacement for this order”. Absolute shambles of a business relying on the word of a courier who’s not legally bound by anything to conduct a proper internal investigation.

I’d advise anyone to save themselves the misery of going through an utterly pointless customer service help desk…

I’d also advise to look at their negative reviews (which I wish I did initially). I am not the first and I definitely will not be the last.

AVOID at all costs.

I’ve shopped with Liberty before and not only has the quality of everything I’ve bought always been exceptional, the support I’ve received when needed has been amazing.

Had a query about logging loyalty points. Swiftly resolved by Katrina from Customer Services. Have always found Liberty’s Customer Services helpful whether dealing with them directly or on line.

I’m a beauty drop member. Occasionally there’s a problem with an order. In this case an item was missing. I messaged Liberty, and straight away was told there’d be a replacement coming to me. It arrived yesterday! Now where else would you get that kind of service? Liberty are second to none in customer support! Never had a problem they couldn’t fix

My order is 14047338.
I bought the order on September 9. I received the express delivery on the 16th and found that there were a lot of things missing. I immediately sent an email to the customer service asking for a replacement and told me that I was going to travel on the 24th. I sent a lot of emails！
But the artificial customer service only replied on the 23rd that it could be redelivered.And the big gift bag in the order had been sold out and could not be remailed,so I could only receive a 25-pound voucher.
I bought 285 £ for the gift bag. I should have received it in the express delivery on the 16th! But now because of your mistakes, I didn't receive a gift bag, a perfume set and two foundation sticks! The voucher, which compensates only 25£ is far from the value of the gift bag!
After receiving the reply from the manual customer service on the 23rd, I immediately wrote back to the customer service and informed the customer service that I was out and I'd like to change the delivery method: I go to the Liberty store to pick up the goods！This will be very convenient！
But after a few days there is still no customer service reply to me! I am very disappointed with liberty, customer service efficiency is so slow!
I hope you will contact me immediately!

Unfortunately the good customer service has now been wiped out. Following an order problem the customer service agent did a great job in solving the problem.

BUT……

Then the retail obesession of what i consider to be email (and personal time request) intrusion starts with yet another email request to review received (i see no reason why this can’t be requested with the original request).

This started with a delivery problem which wasted my time in the first place to rectify.

In my opinion, surveys should be requested on a ‘opt in’ basis and this demonstrates why.

I had a full set of Klevering decorative plates replaced straight away because one was of the original set was broken in transit. Excellent customer service.
