scam... these companies should be outlawed

Will send you a letter that you’re preapproved but then deny you when you apply. Don’t bother

I applied for a loan and had the worst experience they are the rudest company I ever dealt with. Told them I am not dealing with them and to close my application.

Horrible customer service. Do not deal with this company, you will be scammed on interest fees and be harassed daily.

This company needs to be shut down.

I was giving a promise note for a 3000 loan and sent them bank statements they ask for the never responded they received them so when I called to c if they did they said I was only qualified for 250.00 dollors what a scam I poor company so please be ware not truthfully or didn't even keep the promise they sent me

I was contacted by Liberty lending told they have several loan options for me then asked me to give permission for a bunch of other companies to see my information and contact me.
They are a fony loan broker very miss leading be aware people

SCAM. It all starts with the company sending unsolicited advertisements to your home offering a $45000 loan at 6.5%. What the company wants to do is get your personal data and then negotiate your debt. Finally, your credit cards are canceled. If negotiation of debt and cancelation of your credit cards is your goal, negotiate with your credit card companies yourself and save Liberty's fees.

Austyn was very helpful and the process was extremely smooth and done so in a friendly manner. Instantly got me the rates and terms I am happy and able to work with. I definitely would recommend anyone who are looking for these type of services.

There are better ways to get out off debt than to put yourself in deeper debt and prolong the agony of being under the pressure of others. If this company was really trying to help people why are they charging them obscene fees and interest rates. Liberty Lending is a predatory lender who feeds off of desperate people. Don't let them sweet talk you into payments for years and years to come. Ask someone in the lending field to analyze their offer before you accept any contract.

From the start to the finish it was the easiest loan I've done. The whole process only took a couple of weeks and that was because it was a holiday week. Everyone I talked to was very nice and helpful, emails were sent with easy links to follow up on to get the loan processed. They also go over everything with you as you do you final paperwork. Money was in my account exactly when they said it would be and the charge cards were paid off quickly. If I ever need another loan I would definitely use them again.
