Worked with Jed, he was very helpful walked me through the entire process and made sure each step was explained and was easy to complete. The refinance options was broken down into understandable terms and in great detail. Highly recommending Jed, and have told family and friends about their low rate rates and great service.

I receive DAILY voicemails from Liberty Lending trying to get me to sign up for a loan from them. I’ve tried blocking their number but continue to get phone calls everyday

They keep calling me about a loan I have not applied for a loan and I'm on a do not call list so I will report them again to the ftc about the calls PS they leave messages all 6 of them are recorded. The FTC will need that to prosecute these POS

Hate. Let me tell you how much I have come to hate Liberty Lending since they began to call. There are 100 billion miles of DNA compressed across the total of the cells which make up my body. If the word hate was engraved on each nucleotide of that hundred billion miles, it would not equal one billionth of the hate I feel for Liberty Lending at this Planck time. The harassment, the constant calling, the wretched sales people. I am sick. I am disgusted. I want to vomit yet I choose not to so I can save it for when I meet that godforsaken human of a CEO face to face.

They literally still money from your account when not authorized.. they get your banking information and just take money whenever they feel like it.. report them to the FTC and the BBC and have them shut down because they're nothing but a big fraudulent company.. anybody out there looking for a loan company (((DO NOT))) I repeat do not use Liberty Loans out of Stillwater OK.

Absolute scam and nothing else. Never even heard of this “company” until they randomly started calling me several times a day leaving voicemails from random spoofed numbers.

Liberty lending group calls me several times a day. I don’t want a loan! Make them stop.

They call repeatedly about loan offers. I have asked to be removed from their call list and get more calls. I got four today. Naomi three times @ 833-835-0938 and Jessica @ 844-591-0096. Not that it will do anything but I filed a complaint with the FTC. I am on the national no call register and the one for my state. Note, they spoof all their calls so the four mentioned above display as numbers from all over. Those numbers are from the voicemails.

They call literally 12-13 times a day, and somehow switch to voicemail, filling up my voicemail so i cant get anymore, i call to be removed and they laugh and hang up, i ask for a supervisor, they hang up. I am sending a complaint to the AGs office for harrassment. And will escalate from there, they are an obvious scam and should be raided by the fbi and ice.

They acted if they were going to give me the loan. Asked for my bank information and mobile deposit information. Then proceeded to tell me all I had to do is proceed with signing my loan documents. Now they refuse to answer my phone calls without a explanation to why I didn’t get my loan

WEIRD AGENT ,ALL THIS FINANCIAL LENDING GROUP IS WEIRD WITH THEIR EMPLOYEE TOO,NOT HELPING PEOPLE.JUST MAKING SITUATION HARDER TO PULL CREDIT AND THATS IT.

Customer service is rude I had a representative call me a B**ch and then called back she admitted it but then hung up Rude

Complete scam, they jack up your debit in a report then lie about what your credit score is, they told me I had a 643 Experian score, as I was viewing my Experian account that said 720. Avoid this, they play on fear and try to make it seem they care but it is all scam.

after promising me they would let me withdraw after paying taxes,they asked me for more money and didn't let me withdraw had to get my money out.

Definitely a scam and not what was presented. Since I was aware this was probably going left. I let the representative know I was NOT having difficulty paying my bills. I do NOT have bad credit. I am NOT in jeopardy of losing anything.
I specifically asked was this a loan or debt consolidation program. He avoided the question and tried to talk me into pulling my credit to see what he could offer. Absolutely not interested at all. Please remove me from your mailing list.

CAUTION ⚠️ THIS IS TO WORN ALL MY FOLLOW MEN AND WOMEN NOT TO FALL IN THE HANDS OF THESE FRAUDSTERS!!! I PLIED FOR A BUSINESS LOAN AND SADLY I FELL INTO THE HANDS OF THESE CRIMINALS. SCAMMERS ARE OF INDIAN ACCENT GOES BY THE NAME IAN. THEIR CONTACT NUMBER IS 01613882426. I WAS TOLD THEY COULD OFFER ME A LOAN BY 2 MEANS.
1. BY MEANS OF BUYING AN INSURANCE IF I DO NOT HAVE A GUARANTOR.
2.BY MEANS OF A GUARANTOR. I CHOSE TO GO FOR INSURANCE OPTION AND TOLD ME THE MOMENT I PAY FOR THE INSURANCE MY LOAN WILL HIT MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHIN 4HRS. I MADE PAYMENT OF £299.00 EXPECTING MY LOAN IN MY BANK ACCOUNT, TILL NOW HAVE LOST £299 TO THE SCAMMERS AND NO LOAN RECEIVED. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH TO ALL OF YOU OUT THERE,KEEP AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED "LIBERTY FINANCE GROUP " THEY EVIL SCAMMERS.

The mailer that they send, with faux credit card, contains about 80% information about getting a loan and only 20% about debt consolidation which is an entirely different animal; an animal that can do more harm to your credit score than simply being over on some credit cards. I was expecting to go through an online application, but I was asked to set up an appointment with a debt specialist (red-flag) over the phone. In the phone interview verified information on my credit report, answered some questions about my non-credit report expenses (i.e. rent, mortgage, utilities, food). After a brief hold, I was told that I was not eligible for any loan product and then the specialist started talking about other debt management solutions. I promptly and politely shut down that conversation, verified that a loan was not possible and then ended the call.

THey are Scammer, The provided an agreement but never fulfiled asked for the ist loan payment before the loan was sent and then asked more payment, the loan oficer wasted a whole day, did not refund my money or fukfill the contract he sent.
