Website (Ragnar Let's Do This) Not Good
The website (specifically for Ragnar--other LDT sites may be great) is not good. A couple specific aspects:
1) When I wanted to find information or make changes, the options are either difficult to find or not on the website.
2) Navigation is a challenge. Most websites have menus that make it easy to go find what you're looking for, and go back to previous pages. That's not the case with this site. The website also opens new tabs when not necessary--it actually makes navigation substantially worse.
Why 2 stars instead of 1? Human customer service has been great, even though it's not fast (understandable! You have a lot of users).

Hi Jonathan,
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback, we really appreciate it.
We’re glad to hear that you’ve had a positive experience with our customer service team. In fact, when you reached out, I can see that we responded the same day!
The change you wanted to make to your booking couldn’t be done manually, which is why a formal request to our team or the event organizer was needed.
For easier access going forward, when you’re logged into your account, you can view and manage your bookings and team pages directly from your profile. We know navigation can always be improved, and your comments help us identify where to make things clearer and more user-friendly.
Thank you again for sharing your experience — feedback like yours helps us improve both the website and the overall booking journey. Please don't hesitate to reach out to the team directly for any further assistance.
Very helpful!

NOT a fan of there website or App
NOT a fan of there website or App, they both are hard to get to my event. Just hunting for an event is a pain.
Then they keep suggesting/offering me to follow rando people. Maybe it is for follower hunters.

Hi James,
Thanks for sharing your feedback and we’re sorry to hear you found the app and website difficult to navigate.
Our platform is designed as a social app for the endurance community, which is why you’ll sometimes see suggestions to follow others. These are not random — they’re based on people who share mutual friends with you or who are in the same groups, so you can connect with like-minded participants.
Alongside the social features, the app also helps you find and book upcoming events, and manage your own bookings directly in your calendar. If you prefer, you can also access all of these features by logging into your account on our website.
We really appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve, and we’ll keep working to make both the website and app smoother and easier to use.
If you would like to share any further feedback, please don't hesitate to contact us on support@letsdothis.com
Very good experience ☀️
