I want to personally thank Frankie C for the outstanding support he provided whilst trying to resolve an issue with a good for age application for the London Marathon. From the very first response, it was clear how genuinely understanding and invested he was in helping resolve my issue. Frankie replied promptly, explained everything clearly, and went far beyond what I would ever expect.

It is genuinely rare to come across someone who cares this much about doing a good job and about the person on the other end of the conversation. His professionalism, empathy, and willingness to take ownership made a stressful situation far easier to deal with. From the start, one must acknowledge that Let's Do This! is operating at a disadvantage, and has done well considering. I am a long time casual Ragnar race participant (once every couple of years). When the purchasing was internal to the Ragnar site, it was super convenient and intuitive, and linked to my Ragnar account, so I could see from one site my registered and historic events. When the Ragnar team outsourced it to Let's Do This, the overall interface became much less convenient to the customer, just from the nature of outsourcing and having to deal with two vendors. That said, the Let's Do This team is very responsive to requests for help, and the site is intuitive and effective enough that my teams have had no issue getting registered for events.

I was pleasantly surprised to get a quick response to a late night chat session. It said it would refer me to someone who could help and they would respond to my email. The very next morning was a reply and the problem had been solved. Quick, responsive and very friendly. Frankie was truly a pleasure to work with!

I had a persistent issue logging into my Let’s Do This account - the system kept saying there is a problem with the email address I was using. After trying the AI chat help, which wasn’t able to help resolve the problem, I was referred on to a human support person. Manuel was very helpful and super responsive, and it took a couple of days, but he managed to get it sorted for me via their development team. I really didn’t expect such great personal service from Let’s Do This!

The site is a little glitchy and slow (it was a long wait to see if my registration went through) but the online help agent was amazing and resolved my issue quickly. Thank you Manuel!
