LemonSalt Anmeldelser

The company themselves are very good at posting orders off in good time. I ordered two big bags of macadamia nuts and another bag of mixed nuts that all arrived in good time. This evening, i opened one of the macadamia bag for my visitors, and they smelled completely rancid. The smell was so bad that I felt nauseous. We regularly order our macadamia from a different company, and they've never, ever, given off a bad smell. How disappointing...

Not a vanilla case… Ordered an item for a someone who passed away the day after it’s arrival.

Rang LemonSalt who were so kind. Sent a free return label straight away & talked me through the process. Refund to follow.

Unopened package label removed, their returns label attached. Scanned in at local Evri point & notification of delivery back to them received this afternoon.

A bitter sweet experience that leads me to praise this company! To thank them again! And to highly recommend x

Really happy – I ordered a couple of candles (one for me and another as a gift) – they were an excellent price compared to other companies out there – they arrived promptly and were carefully packaged.

Great company in my view

Quick order process, and very quick delivery, awesome
delivery and communication, grateful that i received my item before xmas, other services were not available, lemonSalt were!

I was dubious about ordering from this company as it seemed to be a rather new untried online company, however, the item arrived within two days of my ordering it, very well packaged and I am very pleased.

Such an amazing company, I needed to get some Sally Williams Nougat. Unfortunately I had been let down badly by a company and then came across
Lemon Salt! I ordered and within a couple of days my order has arrived. I am thrilled with this company and will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them.

Despite only placing my order around noon, it was despatched same day and by premium carrier DPD that helpfully provide an hour delivery window and in my case delivered next morning - less than 24hrs after the order was placed. I also really appreciated the excellent protective packaging (unlike a well-known major online retailer where an order is just dropped into a box and topped up with paper affording minimal protection underneath), my LemonSalt order was placed in a box lined with packaging underneath and on top so I received it in perfect condition - particularly helpful should an item be intended as a gift.

No goods delivered, no refund, no reply to emails.
Is this a scam ?

Very, very impressed with the whole process of ordering my items. Not only are the items cheaper than I`ve seen elsewhere, there was a multi-buy discount making them even better value.
The packaging is the best I`ve seen for any online company, really impressed with the way the items were packaged.
And not to mention free next day delivery (over £35 spend) which was true to their word; I ordered my items yesterday (16th Oct) at 11:01 and received the parcel today at 13:08.
Very impressed indeed.
I`ll be ordering a few more items today.

Found what I needed on the website at a decent price, order process and delivery were problem-free. Would use again.
