Amazing bike purchase, will be using again!
Amazing service from the Newport LLB team! Bought the bike and expected to have it on Tuesday the following week but got a call on the Saturday to have it hand delivered instead to get out riding all weekend! Bike arrived with perfect setup, dialled in ready for riding as soon as I got it!

Great, I ordered an Exposure light at a fantastic price and collected it from my local shop , the staff was pleasant and I know the manager Dave from my mountain bike rides he’s a great help to the lads with info and help So yes everything is A1 . Thanks

New bike purchase.
Very efficient service from ordering online delivery to Newport store using click and collect. Staff in Newport were very friendly and very helpful. Helped me understand the bike I bought in detail and helped load it into the car on a rainy day. Would recommend 👌

really helpful and good stock and prices
I'd ordered something for local collection but it turned out that this was going to be a nightmare to collect so I spoke to the store and they sorted it out for me. They didn't make me feel like it was too much hassle or anything, really impressed.
