Fantastic communication when setting up my new bike, order was quick and advice for pedals and mudguard was 1st class, no pressure sales to buy most expensive parts 👍

Rang Newport shop yesterday afternoon they didn’t have the part I wanted.Sally found the part in their Daventry shop and gave me the code number for said part.I rang Daventry and the part was delivered to me by Royal Mail the following afternoon 12.05 to be exact 😃excellent service all round Thank you

Great Team and nice store
I recently picked up a new e-bike from the team who were very friendly and helpful as on previous visits to the shop for smaller purchases. There is a good selection of bikes and accessories so always something to tempt me!

Brilliant service in Newport store
Brilliant service in Newport store, lots of choice for mountain bikes. I was looking for road gear and the staff directed me online. Bought a load of stuff to try and keep, returned to Newport. Very helpful, will definitely go back for both my bikes and accessories etc.

They were incredibly accommodating
They were incredibly accommodating. I had an issue after having my bike delivered and they got me in that day to sort it out squeezing me in between jobs they already had on that day. They clearly wanted to make sure I was happy with my new bike.

Great Service
We ordered a Cube E-bike on line having first gone to our local Leisure Lakes Shop for advice. Having then spent some time thinking we saw that their branch in Leeds had the size we wanted so ordered online. The bike was then shipped to our local shop who then delivered already built up. Excellent service and we're very happy with the purchase.
My previously non cycling wife is now talking about cycle touring holidays.
