It's ok but too bouncy. Our Tempurpedic was old so tried a Leesa. It's not a bad mattress but not a great one either. We'll give it to our daughter returning from University and get another Tempurpedic.

Excellent mattress & support. SO happy with this order. This is my second mattress. I bought one for my guest room in the past. This time I got both the queen mattress and the box spring-type support. Super easy to assemble and so comfortable. I am so glad for this business. These are the most comfortable mattresses!

Excellent mattress especially with adjustable frame, although that did take a week or so to get used to.

They were kind and efficient. Didn’t take away my bed frame - I was led to believe the haulaway included all that I bought. Since I bought a beframe, they should have taken it.

Love that I received the free sheet set so quickly. Being able to set up white glove delivery was really important to me.

1. The quality of the mattress seems good. I had to trust Wirecutter for their recommendation to purchase a mattress without testing it out first.
2. The mattress arrived a day late due to a mistake with the warehouse which didn't pack it on the delivery truck on the due date - it arrived a the next day fortunately in the morning.
3. The mattress gave off a chemical smell and my eyes got irritated. It makes me wonder what's in the mattress that irritated me? It's now three days since we received the mattress and we still smell that a little. It's concerning.
4. I'm not sure it works for me. My husband likes the mattress. I find it a little too soft even though it's a hybrid and has a firm foundation. It's harder to move around on because it sinks in so much more.

The mattress arrived well packaged and in tip top shape. Set up could not have been easier. It has been so comfortable. We love it.

So far the mattress has been great. It’s really big and heavy when it comes in the box but once it aired out and everything we have loved it!

I’ve had a great experience with this Leesa—their products are really high quality and very comfortable. My favorite part, though, is the Comfort Crew follow-up messages. They do such a great job guiding me on how to take care of the mattress, which makes me feel supported even after the purchase.

Bed is not that soft

I ordered the plus mattress based on fatgirlflow's review, and I was hoping it would be my perfect mattress. However, it maybe a bit too hard for me. I have only slept on it for 1 night and will have to give it a full 30 days before exchanging or returning but I am glad they seem to have a great policy on returns. The shipping got hung up in Kansas before making its way to me, so it was delayed by a day. Very heavy to move upstairs by myself but I did do it. There is no edge support and I see that the bottom left corner of the mattress seems to be a bit out of shape. You are also able to feel the springs on the edges of the mattress so not sure how long this mattress would really hold up if there is nothing to reinforce the sides. I did get hot throughout the night but not overly so that it disturbed my sleep. If this mattress doesn't work out, I do plan to reorder a slightly softer mattress from Leesa.

Took a while to get my mattress because we had white glove delivery which was worth every penny for us more mature customers. Worked with customer service who followed up to make sure everything was delivered.

We’ve owned Leesa for about 10yrs and their warranty process is good and they honoured it.
