Not returning money & Ignoring emails
I moved home 2 months ago and updated Leep as soon as I moved out, confirming no longer to pay bills. Had around £300 in credit.
Leep have ignored my emails and continue to charge me. The property has been vacated for 8+months and completely out of my ownership for 2. I've tried multiple times to reach out and still no responses.
Very disappointed and owed money!!! Still not resolved.

Great On Call Customer Service
I have called on 24th Aug morning, Muhammed helped me to setup my account and it was easy to communicate with him. He not only helped me to activate my account but also helped me to setup direct debit. Process was smooth without hassles.. thanks..

I called Leep and spoke to Will today…
I called Leep and spoke to Will today because I needed to set up an online account.
I wasn't sure why I needed to call and Will told me it was because I didn't have an email address linked to my account, which is why I was unable to set my account up online myself.
Will was helpful, friendly, efficient and was easy to understand because he spoke clearly. It ended up being a quick and easy phone call and I was pleasantly surprised.
Will also emailed me a leaflet which will help me locate my water meter.

Great Service from Gemma
How rare these days to be able to call a company who employ people to answer the phone. Not only that, they speak and understand English. Gemma was fabulous from start to finish.
