LecWorx Anmeldelser

I bought my first refurbisbed device from lecworx it was a samsung galaxy s24 128gb onyx black in excellent comdition it literally looks brand new comes with a usb-c charging brick along with the cable honestly amazing delivery was fast was supposed to be next day but royal mail had to delay it by a day which had nothing to do with lecworx.
I highly recommend lecworx honestly nothing but nice things today beautifully packed aswell

I ordered a Samsung S24+ 512GB on Saturday and received the delivery on Tuesday, but it turned out to be the 256GB model. I contacted LecWorx by email and Brad replied within 15 minutes. After a couple of quick emails, the correct 512GB phone was dispatched immediately and arrived on Thursday, along with a prepaid return label for the other phone.
The customer service was outstanding — fast, helpful, and completely hassle‑free. Both devices were in excellent condition, and I would confidently recommend LecWorx to anyone looking for a refurbished phone that genuinely feels “like new”.

Brilliant service and delivery.

Delivered quickly and superb quality new laptop. Model design was a few years old but that didn't affect the quality of it. Very pleased. Thanks.

Brilliant Customer Service too

I purchased a Galaxy watch 4 from Lecworx (via Amazon) 7 months ago when it suddenly developed a fault several days ago.
I informed the Seller via Amazon who within hours got back to me giving me several options.
The Seller then returned all my sunsequent questions with answers and more options and only within minutes of me posting them... how refreshing!!!
I have to say I am extremely impressed with the sellers customer focus and it was clear to me they strive to give excellent customer satisfaction that even Samsung themselves would envy and should emulate as Best Practise!
I strongly recommend this company in a heartbeat.

Fantastic condition. Good delivery. Excellent service.
