I bought "The world's best " software from a company other than LEAWO. I wish I knew about LEAWO before I did. After a month of dealing with support from the other company, They still can't find a solution as to why their software doesn't work on my computer. One download from LEAWO, with the same type of software program, and my computer works perfectly with the LEAWO software. I will use LEAWO in the future.

It's good in general, but There are few issues with the trial version such as it is not in sequential and chronologic order. Is it the same case with offifial version?

I will thank Laewo BluRay Creator for the very fast responding. Several times I ask for help. And anytime I got a good response.
Also the subtitles. They help me to find a solution. And when they can not do it, because for example the file is corrupt. They say so . They are very honest and I like that.

Jeg købte deres dvd-ripper. For at være på den sikre side betalte jeg ekstra for at få en dvd med hvad jeg troede var en sikkerhedskopi af programmet tilsendt.
Hvad jeg havde købt var en 1 års licens til at bruge deres program,
Så efter 1 år virkede programmet ikke mere. Den tilsendte dvd henviste bare til en hjemmeside. Den indeholdt ikke noget program.
Men de ville da gerne sælge mig et livstids abonnement på deres program.
Jeg skal bare lige betalle for det hele en gang til.
NOT
Så er der vel bare et andet problem.
En skam for programmet er rigtigt godt

I had the great luck to get Leawo Bluray Player as a giveaway (years ago), and I was surprised, how good and customable it was. Now, it's freeware, and off course I stick to it.

I had a few problems, when I upgraded to Win10, and I contacted support, who responded immediately - with an update, which fixed each and every bug, I could imagine. What a service for a freeware player - actually as good as it's very expensive competitors on the field. Thanks a lot to Leawo for providing us with this little gem. Cheers from Denmark.

I was having difficulty playing my Blu-ray discs. I contacted their customer support team, and they were great! They did their dead level best to help me, but, in the end it turned out it wasn't their software. It was my Blu-ray laser that was going out. My drive still can play regular DVD's and CD's, That is a different laser. But, as I stated above, you just can't beat their Free Blu-ray software. Leawo is great!!

Simple and handy tool for automatic downloading of missing mp3 tags and album art. Love it.

Having run a software company for more than 30 years, I understand service, responsiveness, excellence in functionality and an easy and straight forward way to access my videos, songs photos on my iPhone and iPad. I encountered a minor hiccup and they responded instantly with a fix that worked. Just brilliant Thanks guys

My first time buying software other than business purposes.
Great experience, and fast response whenever I encounter problems. I also report a minor bug (display issue) and been informed they were able to duplicate the problem and patch will be included soon, within 24 hours.

I've just seen some of the negative comments here and thought I ought to share that in my dealings with Leawo, which started in April 2010, I have always had exceptional support. Really rapid responses to queries and comments; quick provision of duplicate licence information when I've needed to reinstall - just really decent support.

Leawo helped me resolve my problem and seem to backup up their product with good customer service.

Last year I had a problem with my license with Leawo for their video suite. They were unable to help. I gave up very frustrated. After posting my review more recently, customer support contacted me the very next day saying they wanted to help make things right.
I can't tell you how nice that is to have someone try to help after some frustration.

Long story short, they did help, and they made things right. I feel so much better about my purchase because they've taken care of me when there was a problem.

My previous review basically said, 'great product, bad customer service.' After they fixed my license issue, I went in to check to make sure the product was still good before updating my review. The suite is excellent, in fact.
It seems to be improved in many ways since last time I used it. Better user interface, more options, more simple.

It makes me very happy that they were able to help me after some persistence.

When buying this kind of software online, it's hard to tell which products are legit and which are just scams. This is great software, and Leawo helped me quickly this time with my issue, and that feels great.

I use the Music Recorder for Mac a long Time now. I love this product very much. After the update to El Capitano I needed a fix, because the software didn't work anymore. I got the fix immediately. Great Support, thanks alot!
