Item description dosent match. On add they say camera is in 5 star condition and when i got the delivery i realised it is just a 3 star one
The 5 star rated camera got a lot of scrathes and faded one. Its very sad and poor service by derby LCE branch.

Agreed to delayed delivery
I wanted a particular lens from the Derby store but could not accept next day deliver due to work commitments. I ordered the lens online and they agreed to hold shipment until an agreed date. Lens arrived on the agreed date and the mint condition of the lens was exactly as described. Very happy.

On-line purchase, so no contact took place. However, communication and delivery updates were excellent. Item well packaged and delivered on time.

Excellent service. Extremely quick to purchase and dispatch goods with good communication throughout. Purchased a second hand camera and exactly as described. Would 100% use again.

Lens stuck
Unboxed and attached to my camera, it worked fine until I adjusted the zoom and has now been stuck in the 280-300mm mark, unsure if the product was damaged during delivery or if this is a common issue with that particular lens.
