I ordered a second hand canon lens about 1pm and it was delivered at 4pm the following day by DPD. The website was easy to use and the price was good. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again

Situated on the unique medieval Rows in the historic City of Chester, London Camera Exchange opened its doors in 2001. Currently there are 5 members of staff who between them have over 140 years of photographic experience. Alongside an extensive range of photographic, video and optical products the Chester store also provides digital printing services including passports and restoration. Other services available include sensor cleaning, repairs and prints from mobile phones.

Amazing customer service and advice…
Amazing customer service and advice from Richard at the Chester branch of the London Camera Exchange.
We’ve shopped for binoculars and scopes over the past few years at the London camera exchange in Chester and the range, price and service is always excellent.
However, recently we’ve had an issue with an expensive camera that was dropped, and Richard sorted out an independent review for repair to evidence an insurance claim. Absolutely cannot fault the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I get great service from the Newcastle branch and the same is true from Chester.

Excellent service and great camera
Buying a used camera online has some risks because you haven't handled the camera to check its condition. LCE staff were very helpful in answering questions I had about the condition of the camera before I made a decision to buy it. Questions were answered quickly and in good detail.
Once I had decided to buy, the process was handled efficiently and I received the camera ahead of schedule. The camera was well packed and was at least as good as the online description, if not better. I was delighted with the service and the camera. 5 stars.
