I sold my flat recently and instructed Laurus (Emma Dwyer leading). I was very happy with the service I received. Emma was incredibly patient and diligent and a pleasure to deal with. I also thought that the cost was very reasonable given the amount of work involved.

They were both ready to deal with my queries, to liaise with the seller's solicitors on my behalf, and to see the transaction through completion.
