Booked a hotel through this company
Booked a hotel through this company, arrived at said hotel to check in and was met with a phone number and a locked door. No reception staff inside. Rang the number , straight to voicemail. Waited 2 hours and nothing and had to booked elsewhere. Trying to get my money back from these thieves but no one will contact me and no phone number available.. avoid at all costs, I normally use booking.com and have never had a problem needless to say I won't be using this company again!!!

Pleasant and good value stay
Free parking and nice central location. Friendly and helpful staff and very relaxing stay. Room was clean, good value compared to others and had everything I needed. If you are expecting luxury then maybe look elsewhere but for a good value and pleasant stay, I would definitely recommend.

Needed improvement
I stayed at Gwesty links wales the hotel is haunted the service is excellent but I think they should care about the quality of the hotel and the security of the website because if you entered your card detail on public or at anywhere you might expose your personal information I think they should do Apple Pay or google pay which made payment more secure but over all I give three stars for this website .
