Ordered this to try to replace my son’s broken screen as a surprise for Christmas. I’ve never done anything like it and pulled up a YouTube video to follow along. The whole process took about 45 minutes, and the screen looks absolutely beautiful. We are one very happy son and even happier mama. Awesome product!!

Very poor customer service
I ordered and paid for a screen, including fast delivery, more than a week ago. It hasn't turned up. It's taken three attempts to get a response from the company, who have then said they want me to wait while they investigate with the courier, with no indication of how long that'll take etc. In other words, they have passed on to me their problem with their delivery service. That's plain wrong and rubbish customer service.

Chased again today. They haven't yet followed up with the courier but plan to do so.... sooner or later. They agree that it shouldn't be my problem that they haven't delivered, but nevertheless I still have to wait for them to get around to doing something about it (so it IS my problem). I've asked to cancel and have a refund. They have to get permission from a manager and there were none around at midday. Let me say that again... the organisation didn't have any management around during core business hours. Odd thing is that everyone on the helpdesk has a first name beginning with J. I'm not sure I believe you Jay, Jim, Joseph, I have a sneaky feeling that you ARE the manager. And if you say you're going to give updates via the ticket (or by email or text) it would be polite to do so. Meanwhile, I look forward to receiving my refund.

Came 1 day early. Screen was packaged in a box and 3 bubblewrap envelopes. Once out of the package, screen looked completely flawless. Install was easy with a good connector port. Booted it up and the screen looked bright and brand new. Thanks LaptopScreen!

Son dropped his laptop an broken the screen. Part was reasonably priced, and after I spent 30 minutes knocking the crease out of the laptop cover, the screen went in just fine. I used their double sided tape and screen tabs, and they worked fine as well. Part was the exact same as the broken one and much less price than HP. If I break another screen will buy from them again.
