The quality and service is second to none. 5* throughout a big and challenging job, especially with how big we wanted our bifolding doors (which look absolutely amazing!!!). Waiting till the building work in doors to be finished before we fit the front door and I am so excited to see it all done. Thank you all for everything!

Excellent service from start to finish coupled with superb quality of both doors and windows , this is the fourth house LDG have done for me . I have now ordered a garden room and looking forward to that being completed .

I wouldn't usually write a review however I felt compelled to compliment Lancashire Double Glazing after completing the work on my home within 2 weeks of sitting down with them. Everybody I spoke with from office staff to the men who replaced and fitted my 11 windows where nothing but exceptional. If you use anybody else you are simply wrong that's how strongly I feel. Excellent work on new doors and replacement conservatory. Steve Haworth has looked after us really well throughout the process. There was a small leak in the con roof, but there was a chap here within 24 hours (also a Steve, I think!) To sort out. Props to all at LDG!

Despite initially having an issue with my order, Lancashire Double Glazing went above & beyond to put it right, as quickly as they could. They were understanding & supportive throughout.
I never really write reviews, but I felt I had to in this case, because LDG showed what excellent customer service really is.

Recently had a composite door and frame, could not recommend them enough, Very pleased with the service. Customer service and engineers were fabulous.
Also had a side door fitted and we are extremely happy with everything. No complaints whatsoever and will use them again without hesitation.

Had occasion to ask a L.D.G. engineer to investigate a leak in my conservatory. I had a proper builder give me his opinion of the problem which he pointed out aspects of the build as being poor a part cause of the problem. When L.D.G. eventually contacted me they dismissed this opinion as being ware and tear. Surprise surprise they took no responsabillity for the work. I would not recommend them as their after sales service is dismissive and none comital. Avoid.

We have recently had our conservatory upgraded from a lean to style to a lovely new conservatory with a Supalite roof including glass strips. Absolutely excellent service from ordering with Owen to survey with Ian and install with Ash. Can’t fault anything about the service provided, the quality of products and communication from start to finish was brilliant. Chris was also great on the few little snags we had. LDG have been a pleasure to do business with and they have given us a room we can now use all year round 😊

We had a bathroom window, two "misted" panels and French windows replaced in June 2022. The work was carried out on the agreed date and time.
The work and quality of the materials is excellent and the professional who did the job was a pleasure to have at our home.
Latterly the door catches required adjustment and this was carried out without fuss. Great stuff!

LDG provided the windows and doors for our new sports hall. Their service was excellent. The products are of high quality and look fantastic.
