The window fitter Mark did an excellent job. He was very tidy, putting dust sheets down and making sure everything was clean. Mark was very friendly and I would definately recommend Lancashire Double glazing

Persistently book appointments then fail to turn up/cancel meaning that I have had to take time off for work/ reschedule meetings, only to be called half way through the allotted appointment time to be advised that the "engineer" is running late so they can not attend.

This is really poor customer service, if the engineers are busy - maybe some attention needs to be given to the individual in charge of scheduling - maybe look at incorporating some contingency into the times given per job?!

So the 'technician came out to undertake the repair, he did a good job …albeit throwing the damaged and removed part down the side of my shed. Can you guys get anything right?!

And you still haven't reached out to me after I supplied the first part of my address!

This is the second installation LDG have done for us. As before it was expertly carried out and we are happy to recommend this firm. Other residents in this block of flats have also used LDG and, I believe, are equally satisfied.

Very happy with both the service and fitting. The new Lantern, skylight has transformed our kitchen.

We have had 7 new windows installed this week by a team of 2 from LDG. This is our 4th use of the company. As previously, everyone has been very helpful and polite and the installation has been fabulous, especially considering we live in an old house, which often brings some issues !! The quality of the windows is great and they make our rooms look so lovely. Thank you to the team at LDG.

The people we have dealt with have been extremely nice, from the salesman, the surveyor and Mark the installer. We are very pleased with the service provided and the installation. I would recommend that anyone consider LDG when looking for replacement Windiws and doors.

We are renovating our kitchen and decided on Bifold doors. Lancashire Double Glazing offered us helpful advice throughout the process. They’ve now been fitted and we couldn’t be happier. The Bifold system is top quality and the fitters offered us a first class service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

We have used these guys on multiple occasions now and they have been great. This has ranged from simple changes of locks to complete replacement of windows and doors. Price has been very competitive and the team that has come round each time have also been lovely people. Highly recommended

New front door reguired, wanted to open up the light in our hallway, got the brickwork sorted, and LDG came round measured up, its got an arch, worried about the shape.
Following the measure up stage they arrived with our new door, white frame black composite door with glass top and sides. And wow what a job, perfect fit and looks brilliant

Our self build project is nearing completion, with rendering & finishing touches still to be completed, but we used Lancashire Double Glazing throughout the entirety of the house. Kev and the team who worked on this project with us have been fantastic and could not fault one step in the process. From advice, to quotation, to measurements, to install, to aftercare they have been faultless. We had quite a tricky room with a slanted roof, custom steelwork & the need to fit big slabs of glass within this. The result.. a work of art! Thanks LDGG! If we have any further requests down the line, I know who to come to!

Simon from Lancashire Double Glazing was so patient and helpful when I needed to choose my new front and back doors. I am extremely indecisive and wanted something really specific to finish off one of the doors (bullseye glass which I recommend to anyone looking for a nice old style cottage look!) Nothing was too much trouble and the fitting was so fast and mess free, I love my composite doors and have already recommended this company to friends and family.
