Lamate Amsterdam 

I bought 3 as gifts £56 worth of plastic. I wouldn’t give it to a kid as costume jewellery!
Took weeks to arrive from China.
Well and truly ripped off!

Received the bracelet and I’m kind disappointed. First it was arriving from China and needed to wait quite some time. Secondly I highly doubt it’s genuine obsidian as it didn’t pass simple home test with flashlight, seems just simple expensive glass. Arrived in plastic bag, with no notes about bracelet, so whole experience felt cheep for quite a lot money. Do not recommend, better invest more and get decent product with proof it’s genuine.

Manufactured glass and not obsidian. Based in china and not Amsterdam as the website leads you to believe. You would think something that cost£30 would come in a box. Came in a plastic bag. Completely fake site, angry with myself for not checking. Have emailed for a refund but I doubt they will respond. Websites are so sophisticated please always check.

Product nooit ontvangen. Reageren snel per mail en blijven beloven dat het eraan komt, vragen om geduld. Sturen dan een link met 'bewijs' dat het product geleverd is, wat niet zo is. Nooit iets ontvangen en geld weg. Bestel hier niet.

Absolutely awful service and communication!
After 3 weeks received lease of plastic from China.
Don’t buy anything from them!

I bought two bracelets and a necklace- bracelets are massive but they wont exchange and necklace is like something from a Christmas Cracker - wish I had checked the reviews first - lesson learned - they have offered me 20% reduction and to keep the jewelry - terrible products and customer service! Wont buy again and suggest you do the same

The piece is exactly as pictured. Ordered another for my daughter. My first choice was sold out, so another was selected, as a graduation gift. Waiting on its arrival.

Obsidian necklace was just a brown plastic bead. Returns process (to China) was complex and obstructive but I was offered a 30% refund which I took. Feel like an idiot for trusting the ad without checking here.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I ordered items in February I still have not received my full order! Contacted a number of times either get response: it will be there by the end of the week or it’s delayed, we have an issue with tracking but it’s on its way. Seriously poor. I’m seeking advice about how to get my money back. I REPEAT DO NOT BUT FROM HERE, go throw your money in the road you will get the same outcome,

This company is shocking! Ordered a silver necklace and after a month a gold necklace arrived from China. I contacted the company explaining their mistake and they emailed back to say I needed to pay to return it to China at my cost and only then will they consider a refund. Steer well clear!!!

Another chinese company disguised as something else. My bracelets came from China, the two obsidian protection ones were very basic and badly made, one of them the elastic had gone so it was very loose. And it was £25!! The other labradorite/obsidian bracelet was actually nice but due to the unpredictability of what you might get, and the dishonesty of the company, I give this one star.

Scam. Fake goods and they refuse to refund. They pretend to be Amsterdam but actually shipped from China. Plastic, fake, scam. Do not waste your money. I reported them to my bank in the end.

I never received my item. I was told it was lost and I would be sent a voucher. The voucher never arrived. Multiple emails later a voucher with a random amount arrived. I used it to get another necklace and again the necklace never arrived. Disappointed. This was supposed a gift for my mum's 80th birthday.

Total scam! My necklace looks nothing like the picture and I’m not even sure it is a stone. I’d ask for my money back but I’m sure they wouldn’t bother. Do not buy!

This company is scamming people with misinformation! The “obsidian” necklace was a piece of plastic and wouldn’t fit anyone! They offer 20% refund then 30% refund unless you pay for shipping to China! Do NOT buy from this company!

My item was ordered a month ago and has still not arrived. I was surprised that it is being sent from China, when you implied that you were personally cleansing and charging each piece.

The necklace took three weeks to arrive in the UK. The cord the obsidian hangs on is flimsy and I expect will break soon.
Edit: just the following morning, the cord broke! I have had this necklace under ten days….:(

The products come from China. They are cheap and i believe are not genuine stones. Such a bad experience and quite expensive products. Will not be buying again from this company.

Aweful! Don’t order from this China front. The bracelet was huge, falling off my wrist. When I tried to return it, they revealed that I’d have to return it at my cost to China. Or I could get 10% refunded - just 10%! I would never order from them again or recommend them.

I was not happy to see the tracking coming from China. And as suspected. The quality was not the exact quality of the photo shown as ordered. The item is a bit cheaper made. The cord is more of a string and I’m not sure that the stone is 100% real. It’s much darker than the one I ordered , so it’s not as pretty. I presented it as a gift for my daughter, not sure if I will give it, since it seems cheap.
