Ladypool Cycles Anmeldelser

Brilliant shop. Excellent customer service, its nice to deal with the owners who clearly know and love their trade. In addition to fixing my brakes, they also did lots of little helpful things at the same time such as mounting lights I bought. It makes a difference. Thanks

I went to get my cube bike cassette and chain replaced he got me very good deal on the exact parts that i wanted and very competitive price also he fitted everything perfectly at reasonable price too and the bike feels amazing and very smooth again so thank you very much for fixing my bike. Also highly recommended local bike shop.

Honest, Friendly and Professional

Really helpful staff who went above and beyond what I’d booked in to have done to my bike. Came away very happy and with a bike that was transformed!

Very friendly and very competent. I always recommend to all my friends!

Excellent and reliable local bike store with friendly customer service. Highly recommended.

My bike was dropped of on Sunday for a Service and inner tube replacement, new chain, new brake cables, all the nuts and bolts were tightened. My bike was not rideable when given to ladypool cycles, after they worked their magic it now feels like a brand new bike. They really know what they’re talking about when it comes to repairs, they tell you everything beforehand, no hidden costs, no small print.

I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to get their bike in action again.
Affordable, honest, great customer service and quality service!!

Great customer service. Really helpful. Better prices compared to other bike shops.

Just completed 350 miles on rough ground with a heavily laden mountain bike which didn't so much as flinch thanks to a thorough service from Ladypool Cycles - they even got rid of the annoying handlebar squeak that it's had for 15 years! Friendly, helpful & reliable service - as always. I wholeheartedly recommend.

Good communication and provided a good service. Will use again.

Work was a good job, well done and as promised carried out and completed on the same day

Excellent work done to my bike. Thanks Ladypool Cycles

Really helpful and informative service. I learn something new about bikes every time I go in there! Prices are reasonable and Aziz & Khaled are really friendly too. All in all a brilliant shop.

The chap at the shop was very helpful , got my boys to try the cycles and made sure they were the right size for them , purchased 2 bikes for my boys aged 5 and 7 and ended up buying a bike for myself too

Very good service; given with honesty. Time given to explain to the customer of the features and options with the various bikes. When purchased, they kindly helped with putting the bike in to the car.

I always choose Ladypool for bike servicing because they really seem to know what they're doing and the guys are friendly and welcoming. I have just bought a bike from them and they took a lot of time making sure it fitted me properly.

so far very good service, however the bike i purchased seems to be poorly made by the manufacture i'm returning the bike on sat and will update this review accordingly

Fingers crossed

Simply great service.
