Steve was recommended to me by a Poole Wheeler’s rider, who really sang his praises and I can see why!
Steve was pretty booked up with work but still managed to get my bike back to me quickly after it needing a lot of attention.
I appreciated that he kept me informed of what new parts would be needed and was completely transparent about the cost of each part.
My bike is riding better than it has been in years!

I found Steve after searching online for a reliable and reputable business that offered bike servicing. My gravel bike had seen better days and was in need of some TLC. What a find Steve was! His attention to detail is unmatched, and made time to explain all of his recommendations for replacing parts. My bike came back in a better condition than I bought it, and can enjoy riding it again. I will definitely be back with my other bikes soon. I can’t recommend enough!!

I recently had my gravel bike serviced here, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. 

Steve took the time to listen to the issues I was having, explained everything in a way that made sense, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work. The turnaround time was quick, and the quality of the service was excellent, my bike feels smoother, faster, and safer than it has in a long time.

What really stood out was the attention to detail and genuine care for both the customer and the bike. It’s not easy to find a mechanic you can trust, but this is definitely one of those places.

Fantastic quick service, very knowledgeable

Steve has been servicing and repairing both my own and my wife's bikes for a few years now. The result has been excellent and of the highest quality every time. He's also managed to accommodate us at times when we needed a bike worked on in a hurry. All in all, I would much rather wait for Steve to carry out the work on our bikes than go to someone else.

Steve is a master of his art. With the best resources, knowledge and attention to detail, its a superb experience. Fully recommended.

I took my son's BMX race bike to Steve because he was recommended to me by someone at Bournemouth BMX club.
The bike was just not quite right, but I wasn't really sure exactly why. Steve took the bike and within a few days had given me a complete rundown of what he'd found and what needed doing.
A few days later we picked up a bike that was just a million times better than what went to him. Everything just works better, even down to the clip pedals.
