I had an issue with my cooker and called the supplier who reported the matter to Lacanche. The customer service department called me within a few days to organise for an engineer to attend on-site. The appointment was made for the same week, the engineer arrived on time and was able to resolve the issue easily. Further he checked the cooker over to make sure there were no other problems he could deal with whilst on site. From start to finish everyone was super helpful and got the job done very efficiently.

Lacanche macon.

Having waited 6 months for delivery , it arrived with marks on the burners that will require replacing.( which I acknowledge Lacanche have changed without any problems). The immediate impression of their service levels is very good.
The grill design is hopeless. Unlike my previous Falcon cooker it doesn’t run on any wheeled mechanism so you are left with metal sliding on metal with the inevitable immediate scratching. Additionally, there is no integral ( or optional) handle which makes manoeuvring a hot grill next to a hot grill element uncomfortable and dangerous.
Also unlike the Falcon, there is one ignition button for all burners as opposed to individually operated ignition per burner. This makes operation much more difficult.
Botttom line is I should have paid more attention to the detail rather than assume these basic requirements would be fitted. With expensive hindsight I should have bought a falcon again . Quicker delivery , better equipped and lower price.
I appreciate the timely explanation of their design process concerning the points I raised .

Fantastic Range Cooker. Slight issue with one of our burners so I contacted our kitchen installers who contacted La Canche direct for me and I had an engineer booked in within 2 hours. The engineer contacted me 30 minutes before arrival and not only fixed the problem gave us some very useful tips on using the cooker to its full potential.

We ordered a LaCanche range cooker for our new kitchen. I have received excellent service from LaCanche from the installation to the ordering of extra parts and recent engineer adjustments to the cooker. I am so pleased I chose a LaCanche, it lives up to all my high expectations and I am really enjoying cooking on it. Thank you

The cooker itself is great. We have had it for 20 years and it is the best I've come across for build quality and the performance of both the ovens and the gas rings. The after sales service is excellent. It was eay to arrange and the engineer was knowledgable, polite and fixed what needed fixing at a reasonable price.

My overall experience with Lacanche After Sales has been exemplary. Even after a number of years have passed following the original purchase of the appliance, the attention received has been excellent.
My range required a gas repair following a few years of general use. This was booked over the phone with an extremely knowledgeable and friendly employee who diagnosed the gas valve required to fix.
The technician then arrived on the specified date and proceeded to replace all of the gas valves and recommission the cooker. In fact the adjustments he made to the setup have never been better.
On top of all of the above, the repairs were carried out at no cost to myself.
I cannot rate Lacanche as a brand highly enough and their after sales service is second to none that I have ever experienced.

After 10 years of daily use the range cooker from Lacanche needed a small repair. I took the opportunity of booking there 'all in' service option of a full service and unlimited labour costs.
The engineer was personable, knowledgeable and tidy - most impressed.
At an annualised maintenance cost of less than £35 this has been a great purchase.

The engineer called 30mins before arrival, he was prompt and did a great job. Had all the parts we needed in the van and kept everything tidy.

Our service engineer arrived promptly called beforehand and serviced my 5y old cooker has it in perfect condition again and very helpful and full of advice can’t recommend this company enough

The guy arrived on time and quickly identified the faults. He explained clearly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He fitted the new induction unit, which he had on the van, and fitted the new regulator previously purchased. He made a thorough check to make sure all was in working order and took payment. He was very polite and pleasant to deal with. He was a credit to Lacanche. Excellent work.

When I emailed Lacanche to get an engineer to mend my oven, they had all my information to hand despite not having needed an engineer for over 5 years. The engineer arrived on time, was charming, efficiently located the problem and mended it. An excellent service all round!

We moved into our new home and inherited a 10 year old Lacanche Macon. We had never used one before and thought it best to book a full service through Fourneaux de France. The engineer was fantastic, giving us lots of information on how to use and care for our cooker, and he corrected and repaired what was needed. It was very reassuring to hear that it has many more years left in it and they would soon send someone out again if we had any problems.
We were very happy with the service and would thoroughly recommend.

We've had our Lacanche Macon for 3 years now and absolutely love it. It is used daily and never disappoints in it's performance.

We recently had an issue with one of the ovens and called the service team at Forneaux de France. I had thought the warranty was only 2 years so delighted to find the cooker still covered by its 3 year warranty.

The response and service we received were amazing and a standard I've seldom experienced elsewhere. If you judge an organization by how they respond to problems Lacanche, and Forneaux de France, were outstanding.

The engineer arrived as scheduled and repaired the ovens so that they are both as good as new. The service was excellent with the engineer allowing us to understand what had caused the damage to the ignition and advising us well. A truly wonderful engineer and brilliant job! Exemplary! We are truly thankful to own a Lacanche cooker! Brilliant!

Best customer experience ever.

My electric oven wasn't working and when I called for help, the customer service representative was both friendly and efficient, scheduling my service promptly.

The technician who arrived to repair my oven was not only courteous but also highly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue and the repair process to me, which I greatly appreciated. The service was thorough, and its great to know that my 25 year old cooker is still in great condition!

I cannot emphasize enough how satisfied I am with Lacanche. This has been one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I wholeheartedly recommend Lacanche for their professionalism and expertise. Thank you, Lacanche!

The engineer turned up on time having called us before to tell us he was on his way. From the moment he arrived he was friendly, polite and professional. He explained what he would be doing, he clearly had a high regard for the Lacanche brand and good knowledge of it. He told us approximately how long it would take and on completion he fully tested the ovens and hobs making sure the oven was reaching temperature correctly and that the gas hobs were firing well. All in all a positive experience with the Lacanche engineer.

Purchased our LACANCHE CLUNY oven in 2001and only just had its first full Premier service January 2024..( built to last )…
The whole process from ringing up to arrange a technician to call to check it over and replace any parts that needed replacing / adjusting was carried out in a very professional 5***** way.
The technician phoned 30mins before arrival and on arrival explained everything he was going to do and also how much each individual part was going to cost.
When he had completed the work he talked me through and showed me all the work he had done and also tested everything.
We are 100% happy with the whole process from start to finish.
