Chris is very talented with what he does. He carries out his work professionally and to a high standard. We used him for selling our property and we also brought a property that he had advertised. He is always there if you have any queries and is always happy to help sort out any issues.
Would 100% recommend him as he does go above and beyond.

Christian was fantastic considering he wasn’t even our agent. He was acting on behalf of our seller. He kept us informed helped us when we needed information and provided an excellent level of customer service. Thanks so much.

Chris was always on hand to answer any questions for me even if I did ask some silly questions which I probably did having never brought a property before. His responses were always quick and nothing was ever a bother it was a pleasure to deal with this estate agents thankyou

We used Labram Holmes for the first time recently after receiving a leaflet through our door. We were so impressed by the service, Chris at LH was brilliant from start to finish. He gave great advice on the selling price, got the house on the market within 1 day and found us the right buyer just a couple of days later. The communication throughout the process was exceptional, we have never experienced anything like this with any other estate agent before. There was no need to chase him for an update. We would 100% recommend using Labram Holmes. Thanks Chris!

Great service and support from Chris throughout the sale of our property. The photos taken were fantastic especially the aerial one.

Our property was sold within a few days and Chris liaised expertly between the purchaser and ourselves making sure everyone was up to speed with the progress.

Highly recommend Chris not pushy like estate agents i have used before.

Thanks for all your help Chris!

Christian was amazing from the start - we had spoken to other well known high street agents and no ones can compare to the service that Christian can provide and deliver. Not only is he very responsive and reliable he was able to get our house on the market within 24 hours, with a better marketing strategy. Highly recommend Christian for anyone who want a stress free process of selling/buying a home!

I recently sold and bought my house using Christian. He was professional, efficient and reliable from the start, as well as doing a fantastic job. I will be recommending him to everyone!

Chris and his team and very straightforward to deal with, and easy communication made my sale as painless as it can be.

Chris went over and above to ensure our house sake completed. Communication was excellent. Definitely a huge benefit to using a small independent agent.

His estate agency provided exceptional service, consistently surpassing our expectations. His professionalism and expertise ensured a smooth buying/selling process. We were particularly impressed by his proactive approach and attention to detail. Additionally, he was always available to address our questions and concerns promptly. Highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a reliable estate agent!

Christian Tatton was very helpful to us in our search for a house in Deal, Kent. We viewed a house with Christian that we'd seen online. It wasn't quite what we wanted, but Christian took the initiative to help us. He understood our requirements, leafleted suitable areas and posted on social media to find houses not yet on the market where the owners were interested in selling. He succeeded in finding us some really good options. Really outstanding service, well beyond what other agents offered.

Chris and Dawn at Labram Holmes were nothing short of outstanding during the sale of our house in Fleet. From the first valuation, and throughout the entire sales process, their extensive experience and expertise made everything easy and secured us a great offer on our home. As locals they know the market extremely well. They set up a WhatsApp group at the start which made communications a breeze - answering queries very quickly 7 days a week. We will not hesitate to sell with them again in future, and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for local experts with service that only an independent agent can provide.

Chris was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Very professional.

Will 100% be recommending Chris/the company to family and friends. Competitive prices, always answering texts and calls no matter the day/time and just generally very helpful all round. Our move has been very stressful regarding the chain/situations which arose yet Chris was quick to chase up, find out and advise. Thank you!!

We received a fantastic service from Chris and Dawn. Their communication, property photos and listing were all brilliant, I would highly recommend Labram Holmes.

Chris was great, he handled the whole sale process smoothly. His solid career in estate agency is highly evident- he knows his stuff. Always great at coming back to us even outside of hours.
Would highly recommend!

We used Chris for our sale and purchase. We were instantly impressed with his honesty in dealing with us during viewings and had no issue signing him up to sell our place. He did this very efficiently in a complex market.

My favourite part has been how easy he is to communicate with, he worked unbelievably hard to get the large chain to find a date and never stopped working until we successfully exchanged. Would 100% recommend.
