Don't buy if you want good service
They send out a faulty radio and customer has to return at their own expense and refuse to refund the postage. We have yet to see whether the replacement arrives.
To try to contact by phone is a nightmare. Often not open, then 30 to 40 minutes wait for an operator is typical. It took us six calls over 3 weeks just to get through. After half an hour wait to speak we had to go to work

useless company avoid like the plague.
useless, a different rule for ebays branded packaging shop to every other standard company or seller on ebay.
They are regularly allowed to keep selling items despite those same items not being in stock!!! As far as I was aware YOU HAVE TO HAVE THE ITEM IN STOCK!!!!. They have also been seen to label ads as 'stock not available for****** weeks or days' this is a total breach of ebay policy. which they ignore. You think for one minute I have any respect for this NO NO NO NO NO.
I got shafted for doing this by ebay so what is the reason these fools get away with it? BECAUSE NO ONE IS MAKING ENOUGH NOISE ABOUT IT? or is it because ebay have our money invested in them? Well Im about to make a load of noise all over the web through multiple portals.
ebay cons people out of an extra £10 then does what? gives us sellers a slap in the face with a pointless £10.00 voucher MONOPOLY!!!!!!!!! . Kondor was always rubbish when i was in retail. nothing changes why on earth ebay decided to use these guys is beyond me... cost more than likely.
So that's £10 extra I and everyone else are basically charged to subsidise Kondor and its JOKE of a service. what a total scandal. everyone forced to pay extra so that ebay can get more free advertising through this service. well how's this for advertising it?
Oh and BTW just in case you think I don't have the ability to prove it... i took screen shots, and have hard records of messages you have sent me telling me the above.

Disgusting company
Disgusting company.
They think it's ok to force people into buying overpriced and low quality ebay branded packaging.
Ebay raised seller shop fee's by £10 per month then give us a £10 voucher each month to force us into shopping with these con artists. It's a complete scam monopoly type thing that really doesn't sit well with me.
Avoid doing business with these guys. They clearly have no worries about damaging your brand reputation for some profit.

Have not honoured promotion
Have not honoured promotion, in same way for another reviewer. Do not respond to emails. Google should remove their products as their reputation is being tarnished. Not recommended. Avoid.

Did not honour terms of a promotion then said it was my fault even though their website was not functioning correctly which was confirmed by Sony who the promotion was with. Bad customer service, bare faced liars.

Faulty product was returned for refund
Faulty product was returned for refund. They send second product which was also faulty and refused to refund.
In the end I had to claim from paypal to get a refund.
