I came across SEAM London when I needed a suit for one of my friend’s weddings on 17 September. I didn’t have much time to get a custom-made suit, and I usually struggle to find my size easily off the rack.

I made an appointment with them, and they sent one of their experts to my home with a selection of fabric samples. I chose the fabric, had my measurements taken, and the whole process was very convenient and professional.

Their tailor delivered my finished suit to my home in London five days ahead of the promised delivery date, which was a great surprise. The customer service was excellent, and their communication throughout the process was very good.

There was a small alteration needed with the trousers, but the tailor took them back and returned them the very next day. The trousers fit perfectly afterwards, and the issue was handled quickly and professionally.
